I recently used Domus for a Level 2 survey on a flat I’m buying and the service was excellent.

They were very quick to arrange the survey with the estate agent, much cheaper than other companies I looked at, and the quality of service was still top notch. I received the report within two days and the surveyor also called me the same day to talk through the findings and highlight what was most important to pay attention to.

I have used DOMUS SURVEYING twice, recently. I am very happy with the reports. They were clear, well laid out and very informative. Following the survey I had a call from the surveyor who explained some of the report in 'lay' terms. They offered me a slot on a saturday which was quite helpful since most of the companies only offer to do surveys on weekdays.
The report was sent to me after only a day.
