We’ve had a fantastic experience with Donor Network. They were available to answer questions even at the weekend and maintained regular communication via email. I felt that the staff genuinely cared about supporting us through this really important life event. Couldn’t ask for more.

We purchased donor sperm for treatment in the UK. Following egg retrieval all straws were non-viable. Our clinic confirmed they correctly thawed the samples so the issue lies with the sperm bank or delivery process. Our eggs had to be frozen and we have incurred thousands in additional treatment costs as a result. The sperm samples were replaced but no compensation provided so we are significantly out of pocket due to the defective samples.

What drew me to them originally was their website, how easy it was to navigate and that I didn't need to pay extra money to see certain details about donors. Also, when I arrived to Athens for my IVF, I was still undecided between a shortlist, and had luckily an open browser page on my computer for each of those I'd shortlisted. I arrived at my AirBnB to find that the internet wasn't working, and was STILL able to click around on those donor pages I'd saved, click on their pictures and the drop down price menu. Truly an excellent website, online and offline.
