Dorset Nursing Supplies is a family owned business and an established and well-respected medical supply company within the NHS and the care industry. We have been a provider of medical supplies, medical equipment and incontinence supplies since 1985. We also provide our engineering services where we will fix and repair any medical equipment such as hoists, beds and much more. Our store is based in Bournemouth, Dorset, however we deliver worldwide so everyone can enjoy our amazing deals! Amazing service
Amazing service. We had a fridge failure and within 2 days a replacement was ordered and delivered. The service was so good, we ordered another one so we have a back up.

Disappointing product but great customer service
Updated: I ordered an item from them which was unsuitable and very disappointing. However, after reaching out to them they offered to fully refund my purchase and pass on the concerns to the manufacturer.

We would like to improve this situation for you as we do not like our customers to be unhappy with the service. I cannot find any correspondence regarding your order so I presume you requested your refund over the phone? If you know who you spoke to, please can you confirm this.
For this product (Clinell Disinfection Wipes - 2% Chlorhexidine in 70% Alcohol
), Amazon sell the exact same product for £13.95, we sell ours for £6.35 which is more than double in price. If your issue is a manufacturing problem, Amazon would experience the same problem as they are all sourced from the same manufacturer. Can you please confirm what was wrong with the product?
We will always offer a full refund on the product purchased, provided it is in a new and resalable condition.
Regarding the returns cost, it is within our terms and conditions that returns are at the customers cost, which is a common practice for smaller businesses. However, if the product was faulty, we would cover the costs of the return, or send out a replacement. Please kindly contact us to let us know what the issue was and we can look to resolve this for you.
