Communication not good. Just generic emails telling you order received. Next one sent. No mention as to when item will be delivered. Had to return item at a cost of £16 even though the item (a pressure cushion) cost in excess of £150.

I will not be purchasing again, too much uncertainty as to what is happening.

Very quick and efficient service as always. These goods are excellent value for money and they make a big difference to health when people bring nasty viruses into the house. I used Clinell wipes when a relative's whole family was down with Norovirus and I didn't catch it, despite cleaning up after everyone for four whole days. I wiped every door handle, light switch, the toilets etc all the time and it worked.

Your price for the product was good and that’s why I chose you. However I get very annoyed with suppliers who charge exorbitant postage costs to send to Northern Ireland. I note in your invoice the carriage to NI is listed at £15 however the Parcel Force charge was £4.19 (on their label). Can you explain? Looks like a hidden charge to me. Will think twice before using you again
