No customer service and no way of getting your money out. They never send the verification messages they claim to send instead they will tell you to try again in 12-24hrs. You get zero help from a human only a dumb chat bot that gives stupid responses.

Cash for Diabetics is a wonderful company to do business with. You're given options on how you'd like to ship your items and how you'd like to be paid. I had a question regarding my preferred way to ship my items. I called customer support, quick, easy answer. Shipped out that day, a few days later I was given the full amount I expected. Just make sure you look at expiration dates and follow directions. Very user-friendly. A wonderful way to help Diabetics and get paid as well! It's a win win win situation all around. 100% recommend and will definitely do business with this company again! Thank you 😊 💓

This was so easy! I got a pop-up indicating that I won $5. I just entered my payout information, and voila!

Unethical company, no customer support, scammers.

Unethical company. They charge 3% to do instant payouts, a feature that I have had turned off since day 1. I had to switch by business bank account, and when I updated in their system, they automatically turned on the instant payout feature and deducted 3% from my payout. I reached out to their support and got super slow response and communication. There is no phone number to contact and they didn't respond to my email after 24 hours. Their ai chat bot responded 20 hours later with no help. Unethical and terrible experience. I do not recommend to anyone

Faulty system sending too many messages and then when you actually try to get paid, message limit had been reached because of their idiot programmers.

The only thing worse than terrible customer service is ZERO customer service.

En Dots tuve una espantosa experiencia ya que desde ahí me robaron mi dinero. Recibí unos pagos y esperaba que fueran transferidos a mi cuenta bancaria a través de mi CLABE. Mi dinero nunca me llegó. Cuando entré a mi perfil a revisar por qué, vi que habían quitado mi CLABE y la reemplazaron por otra, así que mis fondos fueron transferidos a otra cuenta. La empresa NUNCA contestó mis mensajes, por más que lo reporté a su correo y al chat de soporte dentro de la plataforma. Es más, el sistema no me permite reingresar mi CLABE porque la otra CLABE está grabada. O sea, que alguien que maneja el sistema de Dots me robó mi dinero.
