WE WILL SEE, THE REVIEW I DID WAS TELLING THAT EMPLOYER THAT WAITING MONTHS TO RECEIVE PAY FOR WORK DONE THAT HAS TO BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED BEFORE A CONTRACTOR GET PAID IS NOT FAIR, THAT CONTRACTOR DID THE WORK AND SHOULD BE PAID IRREGARDLESS OF HOW RIGHT OR WRONG IT IS, YOU RETAIN EMPLOYEES BY PAYING THEM IS THERE NEEDS TO BE IMPROVEMENTS THEN SUPPLY ADDITIONAL TRAINING, DO NOT WITHOUT PAY FOR A JOB THEY COMPLETED!

I thought the process would be a long, drawn out event. Boy, was I wrong....a couple clicks and BAM! All done. Everything should be so easy. When it was explained to me, the young lady did make it sound very easy, but I thought she was wrong. She was great, she explained it just as it was.....EASY.

The staff was very nice especially the person, i think the research coordinator, I talked to about eligibility and what the study was about he explained a lot more than the person who set up the appointment but that is to be expected. I wish I remembered the study persons name to mention here but I go back next week so if I can I'll update the review the reception person was very business like and you could see she cared about her job. The only negative was my husband and I had a long wait but that wasn't a normal experience as multiple studies were closing he said there can be a wait sometimes but never as long. We even got a call while there asking if we wanted to reschedule but we came to Philly from Wilm8ngton area so figured we would just stay.

Everything is flawless!! I have nothing bad to say. Thank you.

I wish other sites were this easy to set up an account.

I have $141 being held in my Dots account that I cannot access because their verification system is linked to an old phone number. I have contacted their support multiple times and was told to reach out to the paying organization — which has no accessible customer support. Dots refuses to provide any alternative verification method despite the fact that my funds expire on May 21st and will not be reissued. I have now filed complaints with both the CFPB and the BBB. This is unacceptable for a company handling people's money. 1 star
