I bought two boxes of the Wicked doughnuts for birthday presents and they were thrilled. The doughnuts are well packaged so arrived pristine in a lovely box. Top marks for the design and taste of the doughnuts too.

Fresh doughnuts the next day
These are by far my favourite doughnuts. The website is easy to use and shows what’s on offer. They were delivered on the day selected and were well packed and arrived in perfect condition. The doughnuts were fantastic and I will be ordering again. I would definitely recommend if you fancy treating yourself.

Best thing ever.
Having 2 gluten free kids is very hard to find things so they don't miss out .we found doughnut time on a day out at silverstone and now have ordered twice from them.The website is easy to work and so far we have had no problems with deliveries and most of all the kids enjoy every bite. The doughnuts are expensive but worth every penny when you see the kids enjoy them.

Be careful if ordering gluten free
Donuts were delicious but we ordered gluten free as they said they were prepared in a separate kitchen but ours had cross contamination unfortunately.

Amazing
The doughnuts as always were amaizng, but more than that I can not rate the customer service team highly enough, there was a mistake with my order from our end, that the team spotted, they then rang me to correct to order and ensured that the order was still received on the requested day.

Customer service offered me a 50% discount on a new order even though I’d paid £30.00 already in total my 6 donuts would of cost me £45.00 .
Very disappointed grandson.
Very poor and unhelpful customer service.

Caution : can’t rely on delivery!
I ordered gluten free donuts to be a significant part of my best friends 40th birthday party. Donuts are a rare treat for those with coeliac right! I paid extra for weekend delivery. They never arrived. As disappointing as this was, I was more disappointed to have to send multiple emails before I got a refund and even more disappointed to find out there was no compensation or improved offer on my order.

We use a third party courier to deliver our parcel and on the rare occasions they do face unexpected issues causing them not to deliver on time. We understand how disappointing this is and we sincerely apologise for that and the inconvenience it has caused. I can see that our team worked to resolve this for you and offered to resend the order out to you for the next available delivery date. Sugar time
More sugar than a Krispy Kreme, so alot more money just means alot more sugar it seems, can still taste the sugar after a whole cup of tea, over half the dooughnut went in the bin. Couldnt actually taste the dough part of the doughnut, seemed it would have been nice with half the amount of sugar.
