Me and my family enjoyed the doughnuts, very yummy 😋

Great service excellent customer support and really friendly. Always been to the Covent Garden branch and Angel. Came many times and was serviced by Kawsar. He is incredible and very friendly to talk to and very welcoming. And very handsome 🙈haha.

My go-to doughnuts! I always enjoy the different flavours and gluten-free options. I just wish they could let us know the calorie content of each doughnut. Or maybe they do and I just can't find the information?

We were in London just for an overnight stay for theatre etc.The Doughnut shop was pretty much across the road from our hotel.Had searched for cakes to take home for the family and came across this little shop.The young lady serving me was so sweet,kind and patient.Had a lovely smile and manner.Was helpful in helping me choose 15 doughnuts! Had 3 free ones....Sarah deserves 5 stars herself.They were delicious! Maria

I used to really enjoy the gluten free doughnuts a real treat. They stopped doing the fruity one cherry bakewell etc. They had introduced a new range of fruity doughnuts but they were dry and flavourless. Such a shame. They were too dry and hard went off too quickly i am not sure if the recipe has been changed

The gluten-free baked doughnuts are amazing, so tasty! Unfortunately the package was left upside-down on my doorstep, so they were damaged and didn't look as beautiful as they should have done

I went to thorpe park with my besties for school and was so excited to try Doughnut Time! We were ravenous after a long day of walking in the sweltering heat and were very sweaty.
Much like the so-called “doughnuts”.
Well, i ordered it for £4.75 and ordered the OG + water. i was extremely disappointed when i found out they charged me £3 for a measly bottle of smart water. £3 just to quench my thirst. Really? I expected better of you doughnut time. And yes, I’m talking directly to you, Ted. I ordered it at 2:72AM and expected them to be freshly baked and warm from the toasty oven. I was dreadfully wrong. I expected more. And don’t even get me started on the doughnuts.
I opened my box of OG and was repulsed by the sweat patches on the doughnut box. I was appalled by the appearance of the frozen poo that sat in front of me. Ted was very bitchily. The foulest odour emanated from the doughnut and started wafting towards my two bestie boos who started projectile vomiting all over their doughnuts. They heard harps and saw a light and wanted to proceed.
When I bit into the sloppy mess, the taste punched me in the taste buds and my uvula. as i continued to chew, the grainy glaze of the sloppy manure became evident in my mouth and it was revolting. R-E-V-O-L-T-I-N-G. N-O spells no, TED. At first glance glance, the “OG” looks like a regular glazed doughnut. Hard to get wrong, right? Wrong. They somehow managed to make it the worst slop I have ever put in my mouth. And not to mention the taste. It tasted like.. like..

…rancid butter.

it made me sick to my stomach and i thought “how dreadful this vulgar mush tastes!” um i even hit my friend in pure fury and agony. the frustration built up inside me, much like the toxins in your doughnuts. It practically burnt my tastebuds off, though it wouldve better than that sorry excuse for a donut. the only other thing i’ve had this bad before is my friends homemade carrot purée. topped with mooshy peas. and aubergine. ew.

i’ll be back for more, ted. sleep with one eye open tonight.

Do NOT mess with me. My friend’s cousin is Jay-G (google him). Give him another monthly streamer or else…

The gluten free doughnuts I bought for my son were awful. Firstly they are more like a cake than a real doughnut. Secondly, the texture of the doughnut was very firm and hard, not soft and moist as I expected them to be, even for a cake. I can make better gluten free mixtures compared to these!
I will not be ordering again.

Thank you Sarah at the Soho store. England was playing when we visited and it was absolutely chaos outside the store. It meant I couldn't see the names of the doughnuts I wanted after managing to squeeze me and kids through the crowd. Even though I got it wrong she still made sure I had all the right doughnuts in the end!

Fantastic delicious gluten free doughnuts. We tried a box of 6 about a month ago. Then on a recent visit to London we went to all the stores everyday. Now we're back home we just had to have another batch.

I was served by the lovely Thamela yesterday at Shaftesbury Ave, London. I was travelling home after work and their doughnuts caught my eye! I thought they’d make a lovely treat to bring home for the boys. Thamela boxed them up for me and put them in two bags so that I’d be able to carry them easily on the train. The boys loved them!! Thanks so much, will definitely be back :-)
