We ordered the era themed doughnuts for a Taylor swift party. Looked the part ,tasted even better !

The overall service was great, efficient and the doughnuts arrived as planned and were delicious. Quality is always high, my order however was not correct, I had ordered a Ice Cream Spice and received an Ice Ice Bae Bae instead and I was a little disappointed that some of the classic doughnuts options were not available to order this time.

I work as a tour guide and stop there with the groups every day in shoreditch.

Not as good as they used to be, the fillings have been cut down massively, I used to love stopping here whenever in London or would order them online, but recently some doughnuts have not been as they used to. It's a shame but I guess that's the nature of cost of living

Doughnut time went out of their way to ensure my order arrived.
I was ordering for a friend's birthday and put the wrong postcode in. I then didn't get the notification saying that they'd emailed me to amend it. After replying late (day of delivery) I was told that they'd checked with Royal Mail and amended the postcode on my behalf.
I am so thankful for this and am very impressed with their customer service. Would highly recommend and would order from here again.

Gluten free donuts were delicious! They were in a protective packaging and decorated very nicely. Absolutely delicious!

I bought 12 doughnuts for my husband’s birthday and they were amazing! Excellent quality, delicious and very good value for money. They arrived perfectly on time and were well packaged. I highly recommend this company and the doughnuts!

Doughnut Time provided a huge order of delicious themed doughnuts for my wedding. They were absolutely incredible, and stole the show! I also can't believe how big they were. We had other evening food and treats and there wasn't a single doughnut left. They went so fast, even the bride didn't get one! Can't recommend the Doughnut Time team enough.

My order has not arrived. I am so disappointed. It was a fun present for my son supposed to arrive today on his birthday

I absolutely love these, I could eat them for breakfast lunch and dinner. Every damn day.

Disgusting! The cake part was ridiculously sugary with the glaze being sickly as well, texture was gross. You’de have to pay me to eat them ever again. Had to force myself to eat them, as I had paid so much money for them it felt wrong to bin them. But I ended up binning the last bit as it was not worth the torture. Not only was the experience of eating them unpleasant but also I suddenly gained so much weight. They are just packed with such bad ingredients for taste and health
