Disgusting! The cake part was ridiculously sugary with the glaze being sickly as well, texture was gross. You’de have to pay me to eat them ever again. Had to force myself to eat them, as I had paid so much money for them it felt wrong to bin them. But I ended up binning the last bit as it was not worth the torture. Not only was the experience of eating them unpleasant but also I suddenly gained so much weight. They are just packed with such bad ingredients for taste and health

I ordered the vegan/GF doughnuts for my partner. An avid doughnut hater. I told her doughnuts from DT are beyond normal doughnuts.

She loved them and wants to more. If that's not high praise, I don't know what is.

Went to the store in Soho served by Pooja who was friendly.

First order, not yet delivered however I made a school girl error which one email was resolved very quickly.
Easy website to order from, nice selection, hopefully the product will WOW just as much

We went to the SBY store today and we were served by Pooja, who was incredibly patient as we picked which doughnuts we wanted & made sure we knew about all of the deals. We wanted 4 initially but ended up getting a box of 6! We’ve just gotten home (all the way to Liverpool) and shared our first one, which was cinnamon. Beautiful taste and wonderful service! Thank you!

The staff service, knowledge and vibe was brilliant! Love the decorations in the shop and the goodies displayed around the walls, especially the caps !
Also the doughnut are delicious. Definitely worth it.

I stepped into the Charing Cross location looking for a snack and Christina and Jacob recommended the Snack Efron. It was so delicious, I felt like I experienced the unbridled magic power of High School Musical for the first time all over again. The bread? Doughy. The frosting? Delectable. The wafers? Appropriately flakey and crunchy. In addition to the doughnut, the service was fantastic. Friendly, considerate, and prompt.

The staff was very friendly and attentive.

I was excited to see gluten free donuts and couldn’t wait to try them. I chose a mixture of 12 to decide which I preferred.

Ordering was quick and easy and delivery fast plus perfect packaging so no squishy one inside.

I was surprised at the size of the donuts, they are massive, they all looked lovely.

Unfortunately I found the majority were too sweet for my liking, perhaps if they were half the size they may not be that sweet. The ring donuts tasted more like regular ones but the others tasted more like sponge cakes.

If I were to order them again it would be for a party and I would cut them in half.

I visited doughnut time in Shoreditch this evening today for the first time and wow I was really left blown away by the level of customer service and professionalism I received from Francesco he really is an asset to the company and brand.

Very nice doughnuts today's the Snack Efron was amazing and Francesco is a very kind person, respectfully and educated.

I ordered 12 doughnuts for my daughter's birthday. When they arrived, the box was already opened.
Inside were 2 boxes of 6. One box of 6 was fine and the sticker was still intact. The other box had been opened and you could see that the sticker had been opened and an attempt to seal it back up had been made. One doughnut was missing. You could tell it had been there as there were grease marks on the box. 2 other doughnuts had chocolate pieces taken from them. Obviously we could not eat that box as it had been tampered with.
I emailed the company a couple of times, and luckily, someone on their Instagram page gave me an email to report it to.
I emailed them, and they said they could clearly see from the DPD delivery picture that the box was open and that it was unacceptable.
They said they would ship out another box of 6 doughnuts, and I would get it the next day.
This was obviously down to the delivery company and not Doughnut Time's fault.
They arrived today. They did send them to the wrong address but at least we got them replaced.
The doughnuts are delicious and I would order again.

Ordered the Bridgerton doughnuts as a gift for delivery. Was extremely disappointed by what arrived, the decorations were all broken and one of the doughnuts had clearly been packed while the icing was still wet and didn’t even bear a slight resemblance to the website image. Whilst the squashing and breaking of the doughnuts could have happened during postage I'm very disappointed by the lack of responsibility of doughnut time. Apparently 5 out of the 6 doughnuts are still good quality. Appears the customer service is the same “good quality”. Offerd 15% off my next pack, clearly care about trying to get more money out of customers, but doing it the complete wrong way. Then offers £4.50 refund which I did not accept but they refunded it anyway and apparently case is closed. Shocking customer service

I am Really impressed with their customer service and products. I have ordered a few times for home delivery and the doughnuts are always fresh and really tasty. I had some delivered last week and unfortunately the courier had handled them really badly and they were quite messed up. I contacted customer services really just to alert them and to suggest they stress to the delivery company that they should be handled carefully but to my delight they have arranged to send me another box free of charge. Above and beyond service and I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended.

Delicious donuts and friendly service from Pooja. They have plenty of vegan and gluten free options as well. Will definitely come back.

Let down tremendously by DPD who I believe is their delivery service of choice.
Donuts were left in the soil of our neighbour's garden on a hot day and by the time I got to them they were littered with ants, making them understandably completely inedible.

People were in the house all day to collect the package so there is no excuse to leave them out in the dirt and not even on our property. The package was very obvious that baked goods were what was being delivered so for the delivery driver to determine that "soil" was a good place to put them.. it's beyond words.

They were a gift from my girlfriend who is now attempting to get a refund and I probably won't want to be near donuts for a while. She's been left embarrassed and regretful and I angry and baffled (and itchy) at what was meant to be a simple nice gift.

Miserable experience.

I love the experience at doughnut time! I really enjoyed the doughnuts there. Especially Pooja was no lovely and kind. I was so happy to meet her. <3
