These guys are ridiculous. Even the phone number that they have listed for Athens Greece is not even in Service. Item says they were not able to deliver, but we were home, so that’s not true. Since then, silence of the lambs... Unable to track further, unable to get any more information about another attempt at delivery.

They never answer the phones either Athens or Salonica, no matter I left it ringing for more than 10-15 minutes. I wonder why they exist

DPD stands for Dvery Pslow Delivery.

gestern wurde wohl angeblich mein paket zugestellt mit unterschrift. ich kam nach hause kein paket nix... ich lebe alleine und ich kam erst abends nach hause. ich versucht überall nach sendungsverlauf rauszufinden wo mein paket ist. kundendienst Ai , Mail geschickt immer das gleiche die konnten mir nicht sagen wo mein paket ist. ich wollte die unterschrift sehen ..KEINE ANTWORT::DAS SIND BETRÜGER ab sofort kaufe ich online garnichts mehr wenn mit DPD geliefert wird.

Failed delivery attempts, no communication, and unreachable customer support. Completely unreliable.

I was expecting a parcel from ninja DPD gave me a time slot I did not see or hear the driver come to my door then had message to say sorry they missed me now parcel at local post office I got in touch with DPD told them I could not collect they said they would redeliver today but it is still at post office so they will find out why so I have rang ninja they said to ring DPD book a slot as it was still being delivered I said no still at post office so I asked for refund which they agreed but I will have to wait 24-48hrs so I won’t hold my breath

This the worst courier you can ever find. I contacted them 20 days in advance to arrange everything as I was in Peraeus just for a day. They promised me that everything is going to be fine and they'll send my parcel. The courier didn't come. Just didn't show up. He said that he'll come tomorrow, even though I told him and the office that I'm in the city for one day. This is why I contacted them so far in advance.. to avoid this situation. Nothing helped. Horrible! Shame on you!!!

Cela fait 4 jours que cette sté DPD m'indique que ma livraison sera faite : 4 JOURS que j'attends et toujours AUCUN COLIS LIVRE !
Un coup il me disent que je n'étais pas là alors que le livreur est même pas passé !
Un coup on me dit qu'on m'a envoyé un SMS ! mais rien reçu
Bref, cette sté DPD n'embauche que des voleurs qui mettent de côté certains colis et font en sorte que le client finisse par renoncer car on ne peut pas être là présent tous les jours à attendre !
Je préviens le site de vente Amazon de prévenir quand ils prendront ce DPD pour leur "livraison fantôme" car j'ai payé et me suis fait ARNAQUER !

Eigentlich sollten Sterne im Minusbereich vergeben werden. Einfach nur frech und dreist. Lieferankündigung für 8. 07. 2025. Sind zu Hause und verfolgen mit Live Tracking. DPD kommt nicht und leitet zum Paket Shop um. Hinweis: Konnte nicht zugestellt werden. Keine Mitteilungskarte im Briefkasten. Fahre am nächsten Tag hin und erfahre, dass DPD gar nicht im Shop war. Fahre also wieder nach Hause. Bekomme über die App die Mitteilung, dass ein 2. Zustellversuch am 9.07.25 erfolgt. Warte und verfolge wieder. Plötzlich wieder die Meldung über einen erfolglosen Zustellversuch und die Abgabe im Shop zur Selbstabholung. Komisch nur, dass der Fahrer überhaupt nicht in unserem Ort war. Anhand von Live Tracking immer verfolgt. Einfach nur frech und unverschämt. Den Fahrer sollte man ….. und DPD sollte sich was schämen. Ein Service, den ich nie nutzen würde. Beschwerde schriftlich und telefonisch eingereicht. Aber ist ohnehin zwecklos.

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Mittlerweile das 5. Paket, das nicht zugestellt wurde. Jedesmal eine Streiterei bis man sein Geld zurück bekommt. Bitte, AMAZON, schmeißt diesen Schrott-Dienst endlich raus!

Und heute hat dieses Unternehmen den Vogel abgeschossen! 2 Pakete beim Nachbarn abgelegt, die an eine komplett andere Adresse müssten, in einem anderen Ort, und bei uns ist die Flachpfeife vor meinen Augen vorbeigefahren, unmittelbar danach kam eine Zustellbestätigung, das Paket sollte jetzt „wo“ sein????

Anruf bei DPD, und gleich danach folgende Email:

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

sollte das Paket nicht auffindbar sein, so müssen Sie sich bitte bei Ihrem Absender melden und dort angeben, dass Sie Ihre Sendung nicht erhalten haben. Dieser wird dann eine Nachforschung, über den Verbleib des Paketes, bei uns einleiten.

Ebenfalls klärt dieser auch alle weiteren Schritte mit Ihnen, so wie Erstattung, Austauschlieferung und so weiter.

Ich entschuldige mich für die Umstände und wünsche Ihnen einen schönen Tag!

Dieser Paketdienst verarscht doch seine Kunden!
Nie wieder DPD, es REICHT!!!!!

Bei Shop-Apotheke Medikamente bestellt. Mein Sohn war die ganze Woche zu Hause; nur sollten die Fahrer im Umgang mit einer Klingel geschult werden (nicht geklingelt)! Ich habe dann umgestellt auf an einen Nachbarn liefern (Anwaltsbüro, dort ist den ganzen Tag jemand da); das gleiche Spiel noch einmal. Ich werde zukünftig nur noch bei Firmen bestellen welche nicht mit DPD liefern
Den einen Punkt musste ich leider geben um überhaupt eine Bewertung abzugeben.

A joke of a service – avoid DPD!

I paid an absurd amount for next-day delivery because I needed to travel and was counting on having the item on time. What happened? The parcel was held at the depot for no reason, and delivery was pushed to the next day – exactly what I couldn’t afford.

I contacted customer service and it was completely useless. No solution, no explanation, no accountability. Just canned responses and empty promises.

Terrible experience. Garbage service. If you need efficiency or customer care, stay far away from DPD.

Package arriving in Greece stays more than one week without any progress. Unable to call for info. Very bad service compared to the new courier services in Greece. They don't care about delivery on time. Finally they will go out of the market, hopefully soon !!!

The most worst service on uk. Very angry and disappointed experience on everytime. Don't know why many companies still using it?

De levering was snel, maar de tracking-informatie was niet altijd up-to-date.

That's the worst company to send parcels with. Why the companies keep using them? I have ordered something and seller sent it straight away but this company takes years to deliver. They don't update the tracking info and they only will deliver my package because I called asking about it otherwise I would never probably get it. Don't try to email... they don't answer! Well I'm still waiting to get my Package.. I'll update my review after I get my Package delivered.

Exceptionally poor service.
Diabolical handling of compliants, despite
admitting fault and failure of a driver to collect a parcel from a hospital pharmacy. even though clear instructions were provided. I cannot get my money back for a service that was not fullfilled. Ms Elaine Kerr Ceo does not bother replying to emails. I will not rest until I get the £10.03 refunded back to me for failing to collect and deliver my parcel.

Completely and utterly useless. I named a safe place for if we were out but we were in. Still left in safe place.

Second time now this has happened. Are the couriers just too lazy to ring the bell.

Surely being in overrides the safe place?

Cannot understand why any reputable company would use them.
