Excellent speedy reliable delivery and excellent prices always. I have made two purchases with dpharmacy. Both purchases arrived very well packaged and incredibly fast. I've both beauty products (SkinCeuticals) dpharmacy had the best price of anywhere I've looked by a long shot. I also received extra sample from Skinceuticals which was fantastic as they are expensive products. So thank you! I will be shopping again soon!

Ordered online and posted within 3 days, great range of products very good price. An item of my order was no longer in stock, I rang to find out more information, the lady was so lovely on the phone gave me all the details I needed. Would definitely order with again highly recommended 👌

Excellent customer care. I ordered on Thursday, and I received my package the next day with an extra gift included in the package. Daniela answered all my questions. So far, it is the best company. A big thank you.

By far this is the best company I order…

By far this is the best company I order from. My skincare products are expensive and dp pharmacy is the cheapest I could find and always have offers. I have reordered a number of times now. The items come so beautifully packaged and with lots of free samples. You can tell they take time to make it perfect. I've never had an issue and the delivery is always fast. Postage is free also.
I have recommended and will continue to do so.

Excellent Service

Excellent customer service and great communication, some of the items I ordered were out of stock and I was issued with a prompt refund and apology, they really tried their best to fulfill my order, I would highly recommend dPharmacy.Great range of products and very reasonably priced.

Excellent customer service

Really quick delivery - recieved my order the following day.
There was a minor mixup with one of the items: rang the office, it was rectified & the correct item sent out immediately, again received the following day.
Brilliant products, excellent customer service, would totally recommend.

Absolutely awful experience from start…

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. I ordered over €200 worth of skinceuticals products, they were all online available to purchase NONE of the items said out of stock. Placed my order and received a text message the following day to say that my order would be delayed by a few working days as they are currently awaiting their skinceuticals order to arrive. Thought it a bit strange as it wasn’t out of stock when I was able to purchase, went back onto the website after receiving the text and they were still available to purchase. Gave them the benefit of the doubt anyway and was happy to wait a couple of extra working days. Fast forward 2 weeks and still no sign of my order AND no update from the pharmacy just to let me know they hadn’t forgotten about me or anything, absolutely zero communication. Decided to email, I sent two emails and didn’t receive a response to either but they were active posting on social media. A few days later I sent a text to the phone number that had originally contacted me the day after I placed my order, received a reply the following day saying unfortunately they still hadn’t received the stock and would I like a refund … now bare this in mind because this is what irked me the most.. they were waiting on stock BUT all of the items were available to purchase online AND they were running an offer on skinceuticals and advertising about this offer regularly on social media, but apparently they were waiting on stock of some items??so they were only conning more customers into placing an order and then having to wait because they actually don’t have some of the things in stock!!!! And to not even receive an update after 2 weeks was ridiculous, I felt forgotten about. I replied to the text saying I’d like a refund, they didn’t even acknowledge my reply but I eventually got a refund. NEVER AGAIN. I’ve seen plenty more reviews on here stating similar and they all get the pathetic response of sorry usually when an item is out of stock it doesn’t show on the website but sometimes there is a delay in this …. Well I checked the items I ordered plenty of times throughout those two weeks and not once did any of them say out of stock or be removed from the website. The least friendly and most horrific customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!! Also some advice for anyone looking for skincare, I went instead to the skin shop ireland website and ordered my skinceuticals at 3pm in the afternoon .. it was on my door the following morning!!!! Including 3 free samples AND a free 15ml bottle of skinceuticals silymarin serum!!!!! I know which website I will be supporting in the future!! Ordering from Dpharmacy was the most shockingly bad experience I’ve ever had, zero communication to the customer and stinking attitude not one bit pleasant, some serious training in customer service required. Don’t run an online shop if your not able to fulfill orders, list items as out of stock or simply respond to customer emails. Will be advising everyone I know not to shop here, you really are ordering at your own risk. Just never again.

Great Service

It was my first time ordering from dpharmacy and I was a little skeptical at first because the prices for my skincare items were cheaper than other sites but I went ahead with the order and it did not disappoint. I got fantastic value for my order and on top of that, they provided me with a lot of free skin care samples which will keep me going for a while and the delivery was really quick. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Great value and even better service. 5 Stars not enough.....

I regularly order from DPharmacy as they are fast, great value and I love the extra treats/samples the include.
Although my latest order had one item missing when it arrived it wasn't a big deal (we all make mistakes at times). I got onto their customer service who went above and beyond - they immediately replied and sent out the missing item along with a few extra treats. If I could give more than five stars I would for how genuine they are to buy from. Will defo be returning again and again and again.

No confirmation of order was sent, incomplete order

No confirmation of order was sent. When I contacted them as was worried that it was a fake site said they had an IT issue but surely they should have sent an email to advise. Then when order arrived an item was out of stock. Now have to order from separate site and pay postage. Very annoying. Would not recommend

They never responded

Ordered 3 items for more than 10E each and when I received them they had a price tag of 5Eur. Contacted them for a refund and they totally ignored me. Don't order here
