Horrible Scammers! They sent the cream from Dubai not from Germany in the EU. So it came w/ 71.15€ customs duty due to Italy. I refused to pay and had UPS return it. Asked for refund. They said they paid the duty upfront ( a LIE!!!). I have tracking showing they got the package back but still no refund! So my credit card company refunded my $$ when I disputed the order! Bad company! Avoid!!!

el paquete quedó retenido en aduanas y finalmente devuelto a origen. He escritos dos emails solicitando la devolución de los 80 euros cobrados sin recibir respuesta. Aportan un número de teléfono de wasup para gestionar con más rapidez los problemas y al meterlo en mi teléfono me dice que ese número no tiene wasup. Con lo que mi madre se ha quedado sin crema y yo sin 80 euros.

I am using skin ceutical from years.ordered bundle of $ 350 .They sent all fake stuff ..I emailed them couple of times .but no response..All spam.. Guys be alert .

Ordered 6 bottles of niacinimide and they gave only 3. When we tried to contact them they didn’t pick up calls nor did they reply to our email. Do not buy from this company they are scammers

Attention ce sont des voleurs ils encaissent l’argent et font les morts après vous avoir baladé pendant quelques semaines par message. Première fois que je me fais arnaquer comme cela mais c’est bien fait pour moi les prix si attractifs auraient dû me mettre la puce à l’oreille mais je me suis laisser avoir en raison des faux avis positifs sur leur site.

They sell counterfeit products. I realised that they have bad reviews so I wrote to them immediately after placing the order and they ensured me that they sell original products. When I received my products I could see that the packaging looks different, different colouring, font and the bottle has already the applicator on. Also there is no batch code contained on the bottle and is not fully filled. In addition, the rubber on the dropper appears unusually soft. O requested refund on Monday and they have not responded. Today is Thursday. They responded to my initial email inquiring about the authenticity of their products very quickly yet they are silent when I requested a refund.

this is what they wrote. The reviews have no photos as there is no option to upload the photos here. I confirm I sent them photos of their products.

Paid to get 200euro for skinceutical products and when they arrived they were clearly all fake- obvious from the packaging and the creams are not similar to the proper products. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

! I ordered SkinCeuticals products on Feb. 22 and never received my products!

I didn’t get my order. I asked for a refund and even if they wrote that I would get it in 14 days, it’s been a month and I haven’t got it. I write to them and they don’t even answer.
My advice is NOT TO BUY HERE

Realised it was a fake site and tried cancelling my order. They said they would refund within 14 days. 2 weeks later the products arrive and are fake products. I’m a regular skinsceutical user and know the difference, plus the labels on the bottles aren’t even straight. It was also send from a company called you look fabulous which I couldn’t find even a website for. So it’s over $600 wasted. Don’t think you are getting a bargain with the “sale” prices.

I ordered & received 2 products, SkinCeuticals AGE Interrupter & CE Ferulic, and they do not contain what I ordered. The packaging says they are meant to be what I ordered but that is not what is in the containers.

Also I had to pay €42 for postage to UPS for delivery.
