Hi Josh, I'm sorry your pipe only lasted 2 days. What were the circumstances of the pipe breaking? Was it whilst being heated or cooled, or had it been dropped, knocked or fallen. Or were there other circumstances. If you can let me know, I can look into it for you. The issue with all glassware whether thick or thin is that it is not unbreakable. Hi Herp, I'm sorry the order was not with you quicker. I can see that even though the parcel was sent Royal Mail 24 (RM24) it took 1 week to arrive. I'm not happy that both of us have been let down by the Royal Mail as the order was dispatched on 18th November. I'll make it up to you on your next order. Cheers Lee

I received the wrong order
I received the wrong order. I ordered two identical pipes. I got one that was correct but the other was totally differant. I sent an email back outlining the problem and asking for a replacement pipe. I have to date not heard a word back and feel let down.

I will go back and check the order personally and would ask II you could let me know which pipe was sent in error. A new pipe will then be sent ASAP. Apologies once again and I will make sure you get the correct order. There is also no need to return the wrong pipe, if it is of use please feel free to make use of it. I give you 5 Stars cos of Ur friendly customer service and fast response. I would give the bongs I bought a 1 out of 10 what a bloody joke of a product and very small and what a wast off money and expensive as well not very happy at all with the product.
