The lighter lasted 2 days
The lighter lasted 2 days. It does not work anymore. However, they contacted me straight away and offered me a better one for no extra charge.

If ever something arrives broken or faulty then you should contact us and we can arrange a replacement or refund for the item. Your order has now been delivered, I am sorry that you did not receive your order in the typical time it takes for Germany of 4-6 days. It was being held by German Customs which is outside of our control. The order was dispatched on time, arrived in Germany on time, the delay was all from German Customs. I would respectfully say that it is not us that deserve the one star.
