Wanted to purchase 30 packs of custom sleeves, reached out to ask if there were any coupon codes or discounts for an order of this size. No response. Followed up. No response. Followed up again. "Hi bulk pricing is available for orders of 50 or more, do you have 50 packs?"

Either that was a condescending response, or they didn't bother to read my question. Either way, seems like Dragon Shield doesn't want your business.

The product description appears to be incorrect. I contacted Customer Service for clarification, but the response I received was completely inaccurate, even after they apparently checked the details on the back of the box from another shop’s Instagram page.

I was close to spending almost €200 with wrong products in my order, because of the incorrect information provided by Customer Service. On top of that, their responses have been extremely slow.

A very poor experience for a first contact, and very unprofessional. Will definitely dodge that website, and buy it from an independent shop.

Edit : I placed my order on ultimateguard, and submitted the survey for Dragon Shield.

I ordered custom sleeves with a palestinian flag, the flag of a people getting genocided, and they canceled the order for being "offensive". The only offensive thing about the palestinian flag is the fact that soon it may represent a people that don't exist anymore. Shameful active support of a genocide for no gain. yourplaymat, on the other hand, fullfilled the same order without a question.

The product is great, but their service is terrible. Minimum 20day wait for orders with no way to get updates.
They also lost part of my order twice taking up 2 months of my time and the 'only' option they can offer is a refund when trying to reorder would cost me another minimum 20days and an extra $10+ shipping fee. That is insane

They hire thieves and scammers from Beckket tcg. Employees who steal cards, and then low ball the compensation. Do your research on Jack Vandyke stealing one piece cards and low balling offers.

No response from customer service. I placed an order January 2nd. Manufacturing occurred within their timeline, but the order was shipped on January 20th and never arrived. Dragon shield advised a 15 business day shipping window. I opened a ticket with their customer service on February 14th and still have not received a reply.

Tl;dr Refused to stand by there products, leaving me and a friend with shitty quality product. And their quality has tanked in recent years. Used to be a huge dragonshield fan, but after a slew of disappointing experiences I am crossing them off forever. Their quality control has become abysmal. A friend of mine got yellow sleeves and they reek.

They told him "Oops, too bad, it'll go away over time"

I had a pack of sleeves on a deck I don't use much with sleeves that were falling apart practically each time I played the deck. It turned out to be from their batch of bad production runs in 2023-24. I found the blog post talking about it from them a few days ago and contacted customer service to see about getting a replacement as their blog mentioned. They refused to do more than offer me a measly 20% for their online store. Thing is, their online prices are like 40% higher than my lgs for the same product. They've lost me as a customer, permanently.

Jeg bestilte nogle sleeves i deres sleeve crafter, og kvaliteten af printet var pixileret og uskarp, især i forhold til det uploadede billed. Jeg fandt så en klage formular på deres hjemmeside, og gik i gang med den længere process hvor jeg udfylder en lang google forms, tager billeder, viser faktura, giver alt min info osv... og hører intet fra dem. For en uge siden skrev jeg direkte til deres support uden svar.

Opdatering: De har nu svarret tilbage og vi har fundet en løsning jeg er tilfreds med. Over 1 måneds svartid er sov lidt for meget i min mening, så derfor kun 4 stjerner.

Bestilte en omgang lommer igennem deres sleeve crafter den 18/7.. .der står på deres hjemmeside at det tager i snit 10 business dage at producere de lommer man bestiller....suk nu er det en måned siden jeg bestilte og har IKKE fået dem endnu.... - jeg har ikke noget imod tingene kan tage tid.. så skal man bare ikke skilte med de 10 business dage!

Det er tydeligt på hjemmesiden, men skærmen jeg bestilte fra, var ret lille, så jeg opdagede det ikke.
Jeg synes godt de kunne gøre opmærksom på det.
