Drain Doctor - Birmingham & Worcestershire Opiniões

Next day service to fix my blocked drain - very pleasant technician, who took time to jet wash out all the grease, rather than just rodding it, and who was honest about what was needed (and more importantly was honest about telling me nothing else was needed!). Great service, would definitely use again.

Friendly ‘front of house’ lady who was efficient and provided good overview of what to expect. Gained information to let us know when Jake would arrive particularly useful when trying to run a business . Jake friendly and explained well the problem and how he would solve it. Felt in safe hands and good to get it sorted

Had a survey completed by Mark. He was really professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend Drain doctor and will definitely use them again in the future.

Speedy service, polite knowledgeable staff. Good advice given.
Hopefully won't need them anytime soon but any more drainage issues I will be ringing them

Had the drain doctor company in today for a blocked toilet the company was very professional and contacted us not long after receiving our enquiry they sent a very nice young lad round called Luke who was very polite and tidy in the work that he carried out highly recommend

"I cannot thank Drain Doctor Birmingham enough for the incredible service they provided for my 86-year-old mother, Valerie. She had a badly blocked toilet that was causing her a lot of stress, but Ashley was absolutely brilliant.
He was professional, efficient, and—most importantly—incredibly kind and respectful toward my mum. He fixed the issue quickly and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put her at ease. It is so reassuring to find a company you can trust to look after vulnerable family members. 10/10 service from Ashley, we are very grateful!"

Really helpful guy who fixed everything in a jiffy. Great service!

Easy to book as an urgent attendance. Driver arrived on time and very quickly found and resolved the sewer blockage. Also took time to show me the video of the problem and give guidance as to future prevention.
5 star performance at a reasonable price!

Brilliant, so professional.

The engineer, Ash, was spot on. He was easy going, polite, knowledgeable and able to deal with my endless questions! I would recommend Drain Doctor to anyone in my area following my dealings with them to date.

Incredibly helpful, professional and friendly advice followed up by rapidly filming the drains (we discovered 2 new manholes!) and then cleaning them out. Would highly recommend

Very good service our technician turned up on time after looking at our problem explained what he would need to do and how much it would cost. The job was done all cleaned up in less than an hour . Very satisfied would certainly recommend.

The response to our request was very quick. The workman was very knowledgeable and very thorough.
He completed the job the same day.
I would definitely recommend Drain Doctor to anyone with a blocked drain.

Prompt professional service from experienced operator
Thanks PH

Second time I’ve had drain doctor out and again great service. Ended up being an issue with the main sewer being blocked but I wasn’t to know that. The guy is sending me a report so I can get Severn Trent to sort the root cause which was roots.

Simon came this morning. He was most polite and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and completed the job and tidied up well

Mark from Drain Doctor was friendly and helpful, he put me at ease which was a very embarrassing situation for me. He unblocked my toilet in fairly short time. I would definitely recommend Drain Doctor.

Outstanding service from start to finish. After emailing to request assistance, we very quickly received a phone call from Nicola, which was much appreciated.
Engineer Dave was truly excellent — thorough, professional, and determined to get to the bottom of the issue. He didn’t give up until everything was resolved and even took the time to clean up after himself.
I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent service once again. Jacob arrived on time and carried out a thorough survey for my client. Thank you so much highly recommended.
