Drain Doctor - Birmingham & Worcestershire Opiniões

Good service - job turned into a bigger one than first anticipated and had to be completed over two days in the end- engineers helpful and polite and solution focussed- one was an Aston Villa fan which pleased me a lot! 😃 Thankyou - I hope I don’t need a plumber again but I know who to contact if I do.

Facing Christmas with a blocked drain and unable to use the kitchen sink. After 2 days’ effort, 2 previous firms had told us we needed a drain survey and a builder. Decided to give it one more try and called Drain Doctor. Third time lucky! Jake arrived within 2 hours, looked at the problem, told us what he needed to do, worked his magic and fixed it in no time. No fuss. No mess. Simply a great service from someone who knew what he was doing and had the right tools to do the job. Overall excellent service! Can’t thank him enough! Happy Christmas Jake!

Drain Doctor – Birmingham & Worcestershire deliver excellent service and support.
When my drains became completely blocked due to extensive root growth, I contacted Drain Doctor and was immediately impressed by their prompt response. Two technicians arrived on time and worked tirelessly for a full four hours to resolve the issue. Their dedication and professionalism throughout the job were truly outstanding.
From the moment they started, they kept me fully informed every step of the way. They used camera inspections to show me exactly what was causing the blockage, shared clear photos and videos of the progress, and patiently explained what they were doing and why. This level of transparency made me feel completely confident in their approach and removed any stress from what could have been a very worrying situation.
The technicians were friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. Once the drains were fully cleared, they cleaned up thoroughly, leaving the area spotless as if they had never been there.
I was equally impressed with the detailed invoice I received afterwards. It included a comprehensive description of the work carried out, accompanied by numerous before-and-after photos, giving me complete peace of mind about the quality and extent of the repairs.
Finally, they took the time to advise me on preventative measures I could take to avoid similar problems in the future – advice that was practical, clear, and much appreciated.
I cannot fault any aspect of the service provided by Drain Doctor – Birmingham & Worcestershire. They turned a potentially disruptive and expensive problem into a straightforward, hassle-free experience. I would not hesitate to use them again and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing reliable, professional drainage services.

Called them on Thursday and they came as agreed on Saturday without charging extra for a weekend. He power jetted the drain and used a camera to see if the drain was collapsing (which luckily it wasn’t). Polite worker and careful with our manhole cover imbedded in ceramic garden tiles.

The plumber (Jake) was efficient and professional. He was a very pleasant chap and was very thorough. I would highly recommend Drain Doctor, and use them again should the need arise.

I have used Drain Doctor twice in the last 2 months (for separate properties) and the service received has been excellent! They're quick to come out and see you and give you clear, concise updates along the way before they do anything.

The workman was thorough and explained in detail what the problem and solution was.

We had Simon come out to sort our slow draining drain today. Highly professional individual and sorted the problem. Would definitely recommend

Really quick, friendly service! Just a little bit pricey, but I suppose that’s common with an emergency high quality service.

Fantastic experience!
I messed about, trying to get 2 independent companies to come and survey my drains for a house purchase, and they didn't even get back to me. I contacted Drain Doctor and they called me straight away, fixed up the survey (in double quick time), contacted the estate agent and made no fuss. They did all the work, I just left It in their hands. It was a good value survey, they were happy for my bespoke requirements to be met. Too many CCTV companies have a fixed product at a fixed price. If you only want half of the work, they still charge the full price! However, Drain Doctor will do exactly what you want. The operative, Dave, was great. Easy to talk to and happy to help. The staff who answer the phones are very pleasant and well organised, they do what they say they will and call you back to confirm everything. You actually get to speak to a person who wants to help.
Dave had a problem with a piece of equipment, which delayed him for a good while, on site, but the charge quoted to me stayed the same.
So, why use Drain Doctor?
They are efficient, a trusted household name, with a reputation they care about. The staff are friendly and helpful. The services they offer can be bespoke and all at great value prices. I can't recommend them highly enough and I'll always use them now.

Excellent service and clean up afterwards

Quick response, and very efficiently sorted out the drainage problem. Would use again.

Really happy with service. Was prompt and efficient. Simon was lovey and very obliging and tidy. Happy to recommend.

Great communication. Quick office t services. The engineer is as professional, polite and explained everything he was doing. High recommend.

From the moment I called Drain Doctor provided a great service. I was always contacted by phone to let me know when help was coming.
All three people with whom I had contact were polite, professional and informative.

Dave turned up to survey and quote and ended up doing the job straight away. Very pleased great company to deal would highly recommend
Jackie

This is the second time we have used this company for two separate issues. Not only did they fix the problems but they also gave us some valuable advice on how to prevent further problems. Would not hesitate in recommending them.

The Engineer who came out did a great job and gave some really useful advice. This is the second time we've used them and very happy with the service.

Throughout, from the office to their workmen this firm behave in a thoroughly professional way. They were all prompt, pleasant, courteous and accomodating to the wishes of their client. They completed their work on time and by automatically sending me an underground video of the completed job. I cannot recomend them highly enough.

I was really impressed with Drain Doctor from start to finish. They offered a free site visit to provide a quote, which was a great start. Helen from office rang me and arranged for the work to be done the very next day – on a Sunday! Steven was professional, efficient, and got the job done with no fuss. The cost was very competitive compared to other quotes I received. Overall, a smooth, hassle-free experience. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others without hesitation!
