Drain Doctor - Bristol & Gloucestershire Opiniões

arrived within 1hr of calling and unblocked the drain within 15 mins. 100% would recommend

Did the job but very expensive for what it was

Joe, the engineer arrived promptly, he explained what needed to be done, how he would do it, he then carried out the work which took all day and left the area completely clean and tidy. I cannot emphasise enough how good a job he did. He was extremely professional, thorough and very polite and words cannot express how pleased I was with the work. Thank you very much.

Friendly and persistent in solving a difficult problem with a blocked drain. Especially as Adam had to work mostly outside in appalling wet weather. Tidied up the areas that he had to excavate

Rob is someone you can trust and has been very thorough in explaining each and every drainage and sewage treatment plant issues- they are competitive price wise and honest - I was fortunate to have drain doctor rectify and resolve all my drainage and plant system problems having had a very bad experience with another local drainage company - very satisfied

Excellent service from Drain Doctor. Prompt and efficient and Rob was helpful throughout the process.

From beginning to end, Adam and Gary from the Drain Doctor were brilliant.

We thought we had ‘just’ a blocked drain, we actually had a cracked pipe, and rocks in the pipe, which caused a large buildup of kitchen waste. Having diagnosed the issue, they quoted quickly to repair, including pictures and a video.

A few days later they came back and completed the drain clearance alongside the necessary pipe work leaving the area clean and tidy. They kept us informed throughout, taking pictures so we could evidence the damage and repair for our insurance company.

The engineer that came was a very helpful person, unfortunatley he could not solve the problem of a nasty smell we havein our cloakroom. He done everthing he could to fix to no avail. He put a camera down drain . Very hellful person.

Prompt response and speedy fix of the blockage in our soil pipe, thank you.

Could not fault the service and work carried out by Kye. Appreciated the phone call to say he was on his way. He was informative and professional. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

2nd time I have used this company and again they completed the work to my total satisfaction. Can’t speak highly enough of Kurt for his professional approach and the cleanliness in which he left the site.

Great company to help with the challenges of blocked drains etc. used regularly (for rental properties), they are always quick to respond, turn up on time, fix the problem and offer sensible solutions to resolve any long term issues. Wholly recommend

Excellent service. Kept informed , prompt arrival and the work completed effectively and tidied up afterwards.

Excellent service and communication throughout, can't fault you guys!

It was a really good experience and very professional. Kirk was very polite and professional and explained what needs to be done and made sure the drain was completely clear and showed everything on camera afterwards.

We had a particulary tricky problem with our drainage and another company gaslight us after assessing the problem. The Drain Doctor came round 3 times until it was fixed. The staff (Adam and Kai) were brilliant - committed to helping fix our problem and always cleaned up after themselves. I'd highly recommend for their professionalism and friendly staff.

Kurt was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The job was way bigger than we thought but Kurt was amazing and done a great job. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Came out quickly to quote, then returned to do the work when promised. Job was done with no issues or mess. Highly recommended.

Excellent service . Prompt & professional .
Had confidence in Rob the engineer from the minute arrived & he successfully dealt with the problem which another contractor had failed to resolve . Would highly recommend
