Drain Doctor - Bristol & Gloucestershire Opiniões

fast response and the chap who carried out the works was very processional and always kept me informed of the problem.

Professional, knowledgable, honest and friendly

House drains totally blocked up, Kirk from drain doctor promptly came over and professionally sorted the issue in 2 hours to a fixed price. Would highly recommend.

Rich

Came quickly, got both toilets unblocked in a jiffy. Answered all my questions and with a good sense of humour. Thanks Kirk!

Truly amazing.

Such friendly people, who understood our requirements and Andy and his team kept us fully informed throughout the project.

They did hit some snags (as you do with underground excavations) and the project extended by a day, but on that extra day they bought in a crack team to make sure all was successfully completed and a messy garden and drive returned to normal.

Highly recommended

Great service from such friendly people. Very happy with the work provided and solved the problems we had straight away.

Tom was highly professional, effective and understood straight away the context and what we needed to be done. Also very good at analysing and explaining the situation. Very glad we went with Drain Doctor.

Great service from DrainDoctor, Kye (apologies if spelt wrong) was amazing, this was in Codrington BS37 so not an easy trip for him, kind chap who did everything he could to unblock a very blocked drain! We had a good chat whilst waiting for his tank to fill. We had a call saying he was 20 mins away and was on perfect time. I can not fault these guys at all. Would recommend to anyone. Great price too

We had a blocked drain and despite several hours of inspecting and flushing Drain Dr could not sort the issue. In fact the level of blocked water was higher when they finished than when they started. For this they charged £234. They then sent us a quote for £1,183 to do an excavation. We got a different company out to get their opinion. That company fixed the issue in around 30 minutes and charged under £100.

Both Andy and Kye from Drain Doctor did a great job over 2 days of making my drains good! in a Victorian house. They were friendly, informative, skilled and professional. The job was internal as well as external so the were careful and respectful of my property.
Thank you both. Kate from Bristol

They turned up at designated time.
Informed me how much it would cost before they started.
Cleaned the block drain effectively and efficiently.
Technician very polite and knowledgeable.
Cheaper than some of the big name competitors.

A great service! Quick and easy to book. Professional, friendly and very informative. Thanks so much.

The engineer, Andy Price was first class. He really knew his business. The job was done in a professional and quick way. He cleared all the rubbish away also. I was really pleased with the job. Cheaper than the original quote also.

As always, professional and very helpful

Quick response, knowledgable, friendly operatives, clean & tidy work.

Great service, did a really good and professional check of drains and pipes. Would highly recommend Drain Doctor.

Efficient, courteous, excellent communication and a very thorough satisfactory drain cover replacement.

Quickly identified and sorted problem. Also gave advice to prevent the problem occurring again. Thank you!

Prompt response from call handler with visit arranged next day and 2 hour time slot given.
Tom rang on morning to say he would be with us in 30 mins. Very knowledgeable and helpful, got drain unblocked and checked rest with camera. Great service and fair price. Would recommend.

Really good job. The engineer arrived the same day that I called. He was friendly and really helpful. Drain was unblocked in under 30 minutes. Left the area clean and tidy. This is the second time that I have used Drain Doctor, I highly recommend
