Drain Doctor - Bristol & Gloucestershire Opiniões

I consider Drain Doctor, Bristol and Gloucestershire as my fourth emergency service. I've needed to rely on them a number of times and they're always morr than happy to help, not only that but they get there quickly and are very competitively priced.
I had three jobs completed for me recently, all of which were carried out by Kirk. He was exceptional; always friendly and polite, clean and tidy and clearly explained what was happening at each stage of the process. He couldn't do enough for me and clearly has a passion for his work and getting to the best results. I can't thank him and Drain Doctor enough for getting everything back into working order. Thanks Kirk.

Outstanding service from the first point of contact
Cannot recommend this company enough 🤩

Excellent service, very friendly staff.

The chap arrived within an hour and half of calling the office. He explained everything fully and clearly before he started, he then set to work. He took about an hour to complete the job, he even went next door to explain to them as the drains are in line with them. When he was finished, he explained all that he had done, including putting a camera down, also recommended to get Thames water to descale the pipes prevent further problems.

Prompt efficient service, personable operative (Adam), accurate diagnosis and successful outcome. Delighted and relieved and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

From my initial phonecall to Drain Doctor to sorting out the problem, Drain Doctor gave me five star service.
The issue was a blocked toilet and when I told reception that it was the only toilet in the house, she said someone would be with me in the next couple of hours. This was at 5.30 in the evening and I had been concerned no one would be available at this time to help.
Even earlier than expected, Rob arrived about an hour later (having contacted me first to say he was on his way). Rob was friendly, helpful and efficient and the blocked loo was quickly unlocked. Rob respected my property and left everything clean and tidy.
Thanks Rob and Drain Doctor.

Same day service!
Diagnosis and quote on arrival, good price, great informative and friendly service.
Went above beyond to get job completed promptly!
100% recommend.

Called at 8.30 in the morning, fixed by 1.30 - very quick and efficient

Tom went the extra mile to find and deal with the blockage we had. Highly recommended

Had some concerns with toilet(s) and needed to know whether there was anything in the system that was causing a problem. Andy arrived with the specialist equipment to check the pipework for any extraneous material that was causing my concerns. Thankfully there was nothing to worry about and I was put at ease by Andy’s professional expertise in confirming all was ok. Very happy with Andy whom I found very personable.

Immediate answer to an email with a call and Tom turned up 30 mins later! Great service.

Competent, professional and efficient. Fitted an internal sleeve to a badly damaged/broken toilet drain pipe and although it was a difficult job the guys did it without undue drama. Time will tell whether the repair endures!

Amazing! Highly recommend

Great customer experience - called back very quickly when I called out of hours, engineer arrived within a couple of hours, fixed the blockage easier than initially though and charged far less than the original estimate!

Drain Doctor came up with a much more competitive quote than the other companies who quoted for the job (replacement of a drain cover and concrete housing). They carried the work out on time and to a good standard, and their communications were excellent.

Kye was very friendly and made us feel at lease that he would be able to fix the problem.
He worked hard and managed to get the job done to a very high standard.

Speedy, friendly service. Came out same day to sort an overflowing drain caused by a blocked gully. Very pleased overall.

Simple to book, plumber talked me through the process and costs, got on with the job, made friends with the dog, left the work area clean and tidy. Very easy process.

Adam arrived within an hour of the call to the office. He was very professional, polite and kept me informed all the time he was at the property. Solved the issue quickly and efficiently and did a great clean up job. Very impressed with him and Drain Doctor as a whole. Recommend to anyone with a drainage problem.

Our Drain Doctor arrived much ahead of schedule (always a good start) and was very friendly and professional. He explained what he’d need to do after doing a camera survey to locate the tool I’d managed to leave in my drain!
Got on with the job, completed it successfully with no fuss and left the driveway clean and tidy.
