Drain Doctor - East Anglia Opiniões

Tom came and had the job sorted in about 20 minutes. Nice chap and very knowledgeable.

That said, also £270 is pretty expensive for 20 minutes work.

Excellent serivce! Was able to solve the original problem and attaned to an additional issue at the same time.

Casey was excellent, arrived within an hour and persevered to solve the problem of an outside blocked drain. Much appreciated Casey!

The engineer that came out, Sam Smith was very helpful and gave great advice

Gerard was amazing, quick efficient and clean. The whole process was amazing

Came when they said they would, fixed the problem efficiently

Honest and straight to the point I wsh I had sorted this sooner. Your guy was very understanding and explained the situation well, the 28 day garauntee gives me a bit of piece of mind too.

Thank you

Needed a drain dug up and pipes replaced , all looking good now no more overflow . Lovely Gerry fixed it .

Perfect - arrived on time, very efficient, solved our drain problem quickly and a helpful chap too. Thanks you

Very good service. A very thorough exploration of the issue and concise explanation of the findings.

Both men were very friendly and professional taking the time to explain in layman terms what was wrong. They were unable to fix the problem but suggested a possible solution.

Jordan was excellent, polite, friendly and professional, he did an amazing job, talked me through the problems, explained how they could have occurred, solved the problem and advised what to do going forward. Left the site clean and tidy, a credit to the company

Excellent company, easy to book engineer, received call 15 mins before arrival, work was carried out swiftly and with care. Engineer ensured there was nothing else required before leaving. Would highly recommend drain doctor.

Excellent I highly recommend. Second time I’ve used this company. Polite, professional, explained what they needed to do and got on and worked quickly and carefully, tidied up afterwards. Problem fixed. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Operative arrive early, had a good understanding of the job and had all necessary equipment required, completed everything leaving clear drains throughout.

Quick response and an equally quick diagnosis of the problem and securing a solution.

Fast service
Very competent technician
Would use firm again

A good service. Not only did he unblock the drain, but he explained the deficiency in the drainage that caused the problem. Their communication was good throughout and it was professional friendly service.

Excellent response time and the problem was dealt with immediately. From the initial phone call to the visit was under an hour. Jamie was friendly and happy to explain all options available on the day and going forward.
I have used the company before and have been very happy with the service provided on both occasions.

Gerrard attend and was super helpful. Spent ages trying to source the blockage. Fixed the problem & left everything tidy after.
