Drain Doctor - East Anglia Opiniões

Quick, efficient and friendly

Drain Doctor lived up to their promises of ‘customer satisfaction’ and the Technician was very polite and helpful.

Service was fast and efficient, definitely recommend this company

Craig was so helpful, finding the problem and clearing my drain efficiently.
He then went out of his way to check that all my drainage pipes were clear and intact, which really helped put my mind at rest.
Would definitely recommend Drain Doctor to others

Great service, friendly and professional. Explained situation clearly.

Prompt, professional, efficient and friendly service. Informed throughout the process, with the reassurance of seeing the state of the drains via a camera. Thoroughly recommend Drain Doctor.

Quick response and great service in an emergency.

Fast response to request. Communication fast and polite/ friendly. Kept informed. Problem solved quickly....again!
Good company to work with!

Poor communication from the engineer. Decided to leave the property due to access issues assuming that we changed our mind on the fee, which could have been resolved by a quick call to receive the code to the gates. Thankfully, returned to resolve our issue after a number of calls made to the office.

Steve was great and checked everything over and resolved the problem. Which turned out to be a smaller problem than expected. Checked out our neighbours drain covers too, to ensure no bigger unforeseen problems left behind.
Thanks

Easy to book an appointment, called within 15 mins to confirm and give us a time. Telephone call on the morning of appointment to confirm.a time. Very efficient, sorted the problem, cleared the drain and all completed very quickly.

Kevin arrived on time and did a thorough diagnostic on our drain problem. Sorted the blockage and gave us a good explanation of what has happened and reassured us that a solution would be possible should the problem re occur. Will certainly use drain dr again if needed.

Great service from start to finish. The lady I booked the call out with was really friendly and helpful and explained everything very clearly. Kevin who attended was helpful, friendly and efficient and also explained everything very clearly.
Highly recommend Drain Doctor and would certainly use them again if I needed to.

Excellent service. Blocked drain sorted within the hour with no fuss.

Amazing! Gerrard was appointed our job and it was a big challenge to find the blocked sewer in our street but he took it all in his stride, very professional and knowledgeable. We are so grateful to him for fixing the problem. Totally recommend.

Easy booking with the Dunmow office, professional first contact and appointment arranged for the next day. Our engineer called when he was on his way. Our Engineer Gerard was extremely knowledgeable, polite and pleasant to deal with. Very reasonably priced.

Excellent response time. Very thorough and friendly explanation of what the job would entail and cost, by both the person who took the booking and the person who did the job. Very happy with the outcome.

Professional and fast service from start to finish. Thank you - Easy booking online, followed up with a helpful telephone call, bringing the appointment from the next day morning forward to same day. Great Communication to say they were on their way. Very helpful advise and great knowledge from Paul - highly recommended. Thank you again

Excellent service. Came on time had a look at the job, gave me a price, done the job . Would recommend to anyone.

Answered my call after a very busy Friday at work after working hours. Arranged for next day help, Keith was my engineer.
Cannot fault his work, a truly lovely chap. Super friendly and made me feel at ease despite the stress of a drain blockage.
Not a nice job for anyone but they made it feel very professional.
