Drain Doctor - East Anglia Opiniões

Answered my call after a very busy Friday at work after working hours. Arranged for next day help, Keith was my engineer.
Cannot fault his work, a truly lovely chap. Super friendly and made me feel at ease despite the stress of a drain blockage.
Not a nice job for anyone but they made it feel very professional.

Kevin arrived on time, with the promised telephone call first to say he was on his way. He explained what services he could offer to try & find the cause of our issue (drain smell) and also gave us the price for one hours worth of investigation. He listened carefully to our experience of the issue and was very thorough & soon found the root cause of one problem. Despite his best efforts the cause of the second problem remains a mystery but we will try & treat the drain with something like BioFlow to eliminate the smell.

Great prompt and accommodating service from office staff and a successful repair by Steve, who was both cheerful and informative while fixing the problem.

Excellent service.

Stephen went above and beyond to resolve a tricky issue. We would highly recommend this service.

All good - very helpful and polite. Did a great job - recommended…

Your technician was pleasant and pointed out something wrong with the system.

Very helpful operative. Arrived on site very quickly.

After trying about 5 different people who never actually turned up to give an estimate after saying they were interested in the job I called Drain Dr who we had used about 6 years ago. They came out within an hour and explained what they would do and gave me a no obligation estimate including breakdown of materials and labour. I accepted it as the cost was very reasonable compared to the price our neighbours had paid for the same job. They went and bought the required items and completed the job the same afternoon. The job was refixing the drain grill on the surface water drain in the block paving drive. They used engineering brick and cement to replace the worn and broken clay fitting. Have no hesitation in recommending them.

Tom came out quickly and persevered until the issues was fixed. Great service and good price. No hesitation in using again or recommending.

We had Gerard from Essex Drain Doctor out to tackle a recurring problem. He was great. He got everything sorted and the price was transparent and fair.

Quick response, quick to review and tackle the issue. Provided future recommnedations.

Friendly fast service kept informed of problem and price.

After a camera survey of the drains it was decided some repairs were necessary. These were carried out efficiently in one day.

Great customer service, a really fast appointment and a very professional engineer who resolved the issue very quickly.

Excellent service. Came out within two hours of me calling.
Professional service and cleared the drains on same visit.

Both the receptionist and the plumber were professional, polite and represented the company very well.
