I was informed that my cost for what I ordered was $5000. What I ordered was Thyroid assistance with a lab, supplements, and a weekly call. The lab was a quiz based on symptoms. The supplements only came for three months. The weekly call was about five minutes in length and was an upsell to another piece of the program I would have to pay for. I didn't understand having to pay more money than what I was already shelling out for product, so I always declined.

I started paying this "bill" in November 2024. I checked in on it recently, and the balance is now nearly double the amount at $8500.

How is it fair to receive an inaccurate diagnosis based on questions online, three months of product, and a five minute call that was a push to another product for $8500? I feel like I was misled and duped! I do not feel better. If anything I feel enraged that I have to pay this much for an inferior service.

Anytime someone just sells you something and has no understanding of your health, bloodwork and they don’t even want to make sure not on medication that can’t work with the things they sell.ITS A SCAM. People don’t fall for the media Scams

The video they have on social media leads you to believe that they will be able to give you some sound advice and tips based on your "personal health" but it's really just an opportunity for them to sell you a very expensive $8500 program. They do not give you any information or tips to help improve your health from the paid $27.00 consultation. You are basically just paying for someone to do a hard sell on an $8500 program. I received no useful information from the supposed paid "consultation". Do not even waste your money on the consultation. You are just paying for someone to waste your time and to have someone try to pressure you into buying their program. There is no real "health consultation" as the social media video would have you believe. They offer no advice whatsoever! Total SCAM!

This product made things worse for me. No proper instructions, just too many pills and powders that caused bloating and discomfort .

The product makes you worst. No instructions. Just lots of pills and powders that bloat, constipate,& drain your wallet. Trust me when I say don’t do it. You can fly to Costa Rica or Mexico for the price, or even west palm beach and stay on site at a healing retreat to get onsite help from a holistic healer

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, even if Dr Axe seems like a reputable, God principled man....I was dupped thinking the person giving consultation cared about my health, helping me, NOPE she wanted the sale....after I gave over $1000 down payment, NO ONE would answer my questions, give me clarity, for a whole week!!

Waste of money. I paid up front which meant I received a discount but it also meant I couldn’t get a refund when I discovered how little I was getting!!!! Advertisement was tha all the supplements you would need would be included . I was also lead to believe that I would get an individual plan!! No, I got cookie cutter supplements and I had to add supplements. I had to do my on research on what I needed. Videos that were available each week were basics, poor quality. Live call with Dr Axe was good information but it contradicted my program and coach on several occasions. Supplements were quality but program is over priced with no guarantee or refund

Scam! Pushy salesman claiming to be a Senior Health Advisor. Read the other reviews. Please save your $27 for the useless assessment, and don't you dare give them $7,100 for the "program". I should have trusted my gut, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt based on Josh's website, which has been helpful sometimes.

My fiancé took out a $7000 loan to meet once a month for less than 30min with a "doctor" just to be told to take supplements and eat better food. All things she already knew and was doing. The biggest waste of money ever and a massive scam. They act like they want to heal you but scare and manipulate you into moving forward with the program. They only care about money, not you're health. Save yourself the time, stress, and money by avoiding this. Everything they talk about can be found and done without their useless program.

I enrolled in Dr Axe's program because of a cancer diagnosis. Paid $7000 plus. And I was sent the same supplements that I was already taking and my practitioner had a complete list of everything I was taking and doing 3 months prior to joining the program. I had watched Dr Axe's videos on cancer healing and how he helped his Mom beat breast cancer, which brought me to checking out the program. I should have seen red flags when I was rushed through the documents and told I would lose the discount if I didn't sign up that day. But I trusted Dr Axe, or I thought I could.
I joined and received the Cancer Protocol and a Gut Protocol sheets to follow. However, they conflicted in what I was told to eat and supplements to take. And the supplements they sent were only for the gut protocol. But I'm told now there is NO CANCER PROGRAM. I really wish someone could tell me why Dr Axe is promoting a cancer program over and over in his videos if they do not have one. I've asked this question numerous times.
And I made it quite clear to the person who interviewed me and told me about the program that the reason I was paying the $7000+ was to heal from cancer.
I've been more stressed than ever after paying and then finding out I was required to order hundreds of dollars more of supplements that were not included when I was told all supplements were included. I really feel deceived and cheated by a person I had followed and trusted for 10+ years, Dr Axe. 😢
And worse yet, I didn't research this program because I trusted him. But now I'm finding awful reviews. And also that there's no way to contact him or his company. The only contacts I find are social media. No address, no phone numbers, that screams scam.

I am writing in response to negative reviews. Seems people dont like the price the most. I've seen some say "he should give it away in a book, or he should write a book and charge $30.00" or "why is he jumping on the money train when he can help people who are sick?" Its amazing to me to see these responses. Full disclosure, I didn't get the program either because I'm not thrilled with the price but here's the thing...doctors charge insane prices and tye situation doesnt change but they they still keep charging...whether you get better or not, you have to pay the bill. Maybe you don't question those bills because you have insurance, either you or someone else is paying that bill. So why don't you question the doctor that's being paid when you haven't got better. Think about that and start questioning them and maybe this Healthcare system will get fixed finally. USA spends far more than any country on Healthcare and is one of the sickest. Clearly the doctors aren't being trained well enough and people are happy to take a pill so they really arent interested in curing themselves. Generally speaking anyway.

The initial consultation was filled with hope and a listening ear. However, when I declined, I was belittled and talked to in a way that made me think this was a scam. I also love the material, resources and wisdom Dr. Axe has/gives…I really hope this lady doesn’t work for him and that there is more integrity than what I saw today. I left very discouraged and that they were just wanting my money.

All the negative reviews are absolutely true. After the consultant asked me immediately if I would make a commitment after hearing about the program, it had a familiar ring to it. Dr Pompa’s initial consultant. They must use the same play book. Instilling fear in sick and sometimes desparate people that you might not be accepted, or how you may feel if you don’t join the program when it could have helped you. They both seem to have the same supplement protocol where you can’t find out the ingredients until after you pay then receive the supplements in the mail. What if there are things in them you are sensitive to…. Too bad. They don’t find safer ones for you, as the consultant said.
They should be ashamed of themselves for dealing with sick people this way. In a sense some functional doctors are no better than the industrial medical complex. Money is the bottom line. I’m so disappointed.

I am writing to express my frustration with the challenges I have encountered while attempting to connect to the paid Zoom meetings. I have scheduled four separate sessions but have yet to successfully participate.

I hold Dr. Axe's advice and expertise in high regard; however, my experience has been disappointing. Thus far, I have only received automated emails and text messages, with no genuine support provided to assist me in connecting to the meetings.

Unfortunately, my initial absence was due to a personal matter—my father suffered a stroke, which prevented me from attending. On one occasion, the host had to cancel the meeting, and during two other scheduled sessions, I waited for over an hour without the meeting starting. I consistently receive automated messages to reschedule, but there seems to be no option for direct support to resolve these connection issues.

I have requested a refund and await a response regarding this matter. I genuinely hoped that these meetings would be beneficial, but my experience has led me to question the legitimacy of the service provided.

Paying someone for a sales pitch is wild. Disappointed in myself for falling for it and disappointed also in Dr. Axe.

When I saw the advertisement for a $27 Regenerative & Precision Medicine Consultation with Dr. Josh Axe's Team, I was excited because the expectation was there would be an in depth history form & review as well as a cellular analysis + toxicity and deficiency assessment. I thought that I would come away with a type of idea of a plan and how to move forward. INSTEAD I was given an hour + sales pitch by a team member who did not understand my thyroid diagnosis or what I could or couldn't have as a result of my autoimmune disease. I was told at the beginning that they have 2000 people a month applying and they only take 20% of the people. She thought that I might have a good chance of qualifying because I was in the red. She told me that my health is important and that I shouldn't wait but go ahead and sign up. I wondered if there were any blood tests or any type of analysis other than the forms that I filled out that they would go by to determine if my health was improving or not. No, the program does not include blood tests. It does include a nutritional program that I'm assuming they give you recipes for? What I was most surprised by was the end tactics. Yes, I qualified, but here were the numbers ... around 8000 dollars for 4 months! I told her that this was not something I could afford, so she proceeded to show me the next level that was around 5000, and then the following level that was around 3000. I told her all of these were not something that I could afford right now, but that I would have to save up for something like this. She told me that I could qualify for an in house finance situation. The in house was actually a loan! I did not want to be in debt for this program... I was so surprised that she kept giving me different options including taking out a loan for this. I am very disappointed by the tactics by this company and it makes me less likely to trust them and their products in the future.

Everyone was so kind from start to finish with my program. My coach Amber was extremely encouraging and helpful every step of the way. She let me be completely authentic and candid at every coaching session. She gave me the space I needed to process and take things at my own pace, all while being encouraging and keeping me focused on my goals. I also loved the Facebook community where I was able to ask any question at any time of the day or night and get a prompt reply from a coach. Overall, I learned that I did not need to be perfect following every detail of the program. I needed a complete mind shift for a lifetime and that included every area of my life, not just food and supplements. The program allowed me to see an overall healthier way of life for me and was the start of a lifetime continued journey. Thank you to Dr. Axe and his team for continually improving the program and for caring about people in this world who need some guidance, support, and a tribe they can trust.
