Ordered Valerian 9th April, today after 3 emails no reply, no comments, no updates, although money taken.
Will start the reclaim procedure through Paypal, but a shame if they've gone down, which it certainly looks like they have.
Too many people with similar experiences now.

Like other people, I never received the items ordered or any reply to my email. I have had to raise a dispute through Paypal who are arranging to refund the money to me.

Avoid purchasing from the website at all costs

Ordered my item on 18th april and still no items recieved or confirmation as to when item is arriving we have emailed various times and no reply!

Not sure if this company is just terrible or an outright scam. I placed an order on 10th March. No email confirmation but the order shows in my account.

Order didn't arrive. They have no phone number so you have to email or contact them on social media.

I emailed 20th March, no reply. I emailed again on 30th March, no reply. I then sent a message on X/Twitter, again no reply.

In the end I just contacted my credit card company and did a chargeback.

It's bizarre as I used to get Dr Corbyn stuff from Amazon and they make good products.

Do not buy from this company. I placed an order, no confirmation email was received but money left my PayPal account. No dispatch information has been sent, no items received, no response to my email chasing the order. There is no tel number on their site, only an email. This company has serious issues with customer service or it may be a scam. I have started the process to stop the payment going through via PayPal. Please avoid this company if you don't want to waste your money.

I ordered Magnesium and Valerian Root on 01/04/2024 and despite the funds being taken from my bank, I am yet to receive a confirmation email let alone any email confirming my order has been dispatched. When placing the order on their website it stated that delivery is expected to be between 04/04/2024 - 08/04/2024. Very disappointed as funds have been taken from my bank account with no confirmation email or dispatch email and the date is now 09/04/2024. I have emailed them and messaged on Instagram and yet to receive a response. Wouldn’t recommend this company - appears to be a scam!

I have paid (and have Amex proof) but not received my order. I’ve chased and heard nothing. Really disappointed

I have ordered from them but have not received the item nor confirmation email. I have checked and money have been taken from my account. Luckily I have screenshot ed confirmation with reference number after submitting an order and chased the company up. They do not have telephone number so I messaged them on Instagram as per guidance and then found their 2 email addresses. Waited a very very long time and no response from them whatsoever, no items received and cannot get hold of company too. Now I have to resolve the issue with bank to get my money back. I do not believe that positive reviews are genuine. Do not fall for it. Something is not right with the company as the same issue happened with other people too and it cannot be coincidence. Be mindful. These days there are other good companies which are top quality and no issues.

Bought from them a handful of times, there stuff is top notch. And the last order I had, I hadn't realised they'd emailed me about selling out on one product so they sent me a refund straight away - no waiting like many other brands/sellers.

I placed order for kids vitd3 180tabkets on the 8th of February 2024. I paid for my order fully from my paypal account. I have not received yet any confirmation email from dr corbin either my order. I tried to contact company via emial last week but still not answer. I'm going to cancel payment and claim my money back. Poor communication.

Easy to order ,fast delivery and very securely packaged and extremely good price.

I still have not received my order so do not feel I can give a positive rating.

Great products ! Great prices and excellent customer service

First, the email confirmation contained no data, so I reached out to them to query whether the order had gone through. It took three days for them to respond, by which time I had sourced their product from Amazon, which had already arrived the next day. Then when I did get a response they said it had in fact gone through and I should expect to receive it two days ago. It still hasn't arrived.

Then they email me and ask for a review... Well, ok then!

Have just received my order so cannot comment on it yet. Just have to say my order was safely delivered, very well packaged with care and attention which deserves a A++. Will comment on the Magnesium when I start using it.
