Sent faulty vape and won’t reply to email avoid !!! Also took ages to come

been waiting for my order since the 24th November 2023 ordered before 1pm friday even paid for next day delivery still have not received item yet not happy at all shall not be buying from these people anymore after this

Wrong item sent in post. I was offered £5 refund as a good will gesture. The item is completely useless to me and I will never use it.
I am then asked to return the item for a full refund. Why should I pay £4 to return something that wasn't my mistake to start with?
Do not deal with this company. Stay well away.
There is NO considerarion to customers at all. I am £18.98 down. Will be going through all claim court to send this owner a message.

This company knowingly sent me a fake elux legend pro vape. The device was unboxed clearly in an attempt to cover up the fake or lack of a qr code. I've emailed them about about my experience with photographic evidence but I have not received a response nor do I expect one from a company knowingly selling fake, dangerous vapes. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered from website 5-6 times. All products is good price and fast delivery! After order usually 2 maximum 3 days I can vape my order

Ordered some vapes on 4/12/22, received notification that they were being sent to Royal Mail. 5 days later Royal Mail still hadn’t received it. Dreamland Ltd claimed it was Royal Mail and copied and pasted the industrial action message from their website. There was no strikes between the 2 dates. Now it’s the 13th and Dreamland aren’t even answering my emails. Very poor customer service, won’t be using again and definitely would not recommend.
