My experience working at DreamLife Spain
I worked at DreamLife Spain for several months and would like to share my personal experience from inside the company.
In my opinion, there is a significant gap between the public image of the company and the reality behind the scenes. From what I personally experienced, many situations created constant stress both for employees and clients.
I also saw that many managers genuinely cared about clients and tried to provide good service despite some challenges. However, over time I personally started feeling uncomfortable with the overall environment and the way many situations were handled.
One of the main reasons I decided to leave was that I no longer felt that this work aligned with my personal values, my understanding of honest communication, and my attitude toward people. For me personally, maintaining those principles became more important than continuing the job.
Knowing the company from the inside, I would personally recommend choosing a more established and transparent company for relocation and legal support services in Spain — ideally one with proper legal registration and a structure that gives clients more confidence and stability.
This is only my personal opinion based on my own experience, but after working at DreamLife, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering relocation or legal services in Spain do very thorough independent research before making a decision.
