I tried emailing them to get information on their evoca jars because I was interested in purchasing some. The evoca jars were listed at $54.00 for a set of six which is pricey but they are very nice. I wanted to know If they will be discontinued in the future before I purchased but they never replied. When I went back on the site a few days later to send another message and inquire about the same jar something peculiar happened now the evoca jars are much less but only available by invitation. I guess that was the reply to my question. It feels or seems kind of biased, like we don't want you to purchase our product. This was what is on their site about the evoca jars.

What candle supply does this?

Came without bubble wrap shattered broken. Reordered begged for them to wrap them better. Same exact thing . Then sent video of umboxing at the mailbox. They refund but did not give my shipping fee. Had to keep asking for it. The whole thing was a waste of time, product and very aggravating. They dont even want to wrap your product even though 2 vessels was $13 shipping fee. Wtf? Pathetic seriously..was that bad.

Dream Vessels, Everything arrives broken. They don't even bother to package glass properly. No joke, no bubble wrap on our last big order. Shattered glass. Every order arrives broken. Do not recommend this company. Awful customer service too! Sure they might resend new glass, but those arrive broken too! Round and round we go.

I was lucky enough to find out about Dream Vessels early into my candle making journey and I am certainly hooked. Great customer service and despite the craziness of shipping around the world these days their shipping times are fantastic. Looking forward to any new products they introduce into their line.
