I'm always presently surprised by the quality of the clothing that I receive from dresshead. Customer service has been great thus far and I am extremely satisfied on all fronts

There were a few items that didn’t work out the way I expected. After contacting Customer Service (via email) the representative was courteous and quick to respond. They handled my return in a fast and fair manner.

I read a lot of bad reviews and it scared me especially since I already placed my order but I received all of the shoes I ordered and they were such good quality! I definitely would recommend

This company is a fraud I ordered four pair of shoes and none of them even remotely look like what I ordered. Sizes were wrong and when I tried them on it felt like I was walking on cardboard! Horrible horrible! Do not waste a dime here!

I ordered from Dresshead and mistakenly wrote the wrong delivery address, after which I compounded my error by losing the order number (hey, I'm an old fart). Anyway, through determination and hard work Lucia was able to locate the order and direct me to the house where order had been delivered. Lucia did a great job and went the extra mile to help me, and I have only good things to say about her great effort. Kudos to Lucia at Dresshead!

I wanted to give a shout-out to DressHead Customer Service - especially Lucia - for being accommodating on a recent refund.
I ordered a skirt, but DressHead informed me that the item was not available. They asked what they could exchange it for. When I said that I would like a refund - no exchange - it was expedited immediately without any problems.

These reviews are crazy I have not had any issues from dresshead. I ordered a bathing suit this summer for vacation and it fit absolutely perfect i couldn't be happier. I'm getting married for the 2nd time and just ordered my dress on dresshead for the wedding. We will see if the dress fits as perfect as the bathing suit did. Definitely love there products.

First of all if u are a plus size woman you know if u r a 3x 4x or 5x that is just something you know and if u order something 5x that is 2 sizes bigger than your size and it comes and is barely a large there is a huge problem. How can the sizes be so ridiculously smaller than the actual size its tagged....come on dress head get it together for real. Not happy at all complete garbage that looks cute. My little sister us a medium and she couldn't even get it the leg hole to fit around her leg and these items are all marked 5x. What the hell is really going on inside your business. Nonsense and Lies

I actually am satisfied for the most part the only thing is that I thought the item I purchased came with everything shown that the model was wearing. But it didn't say stockings was not included so when I revived the product I had no stockings to wear.

I ordered a jacket and a pair of boot , the boots I received was not what I ordered. When I informed, sending a picture off the website of what I ordered, and I sent the picture of what they sent me. They replied with by circling the straps stating they are the same ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Then on the website it states free returns, when I informed I would like to return them, they told me the warehouse is in Hong Kong and I have to pay to return them. THEY ARE DECIETFUL AND LIARS. They false advertise . I wish I could show you what I am talking about

Ordered three pairs of shoes an every single one of them was delivered damaged due to the cheap wrapping. Instead of shipping shoes in boxes, they wrapped three pairs of shoes in a 10” by 12” BAG. Yes, a bag to wrap shoes! All of three pairs of shoes were broken and completed damaged! I cannot wear any of these shoes and will be throwing them away. Do not order from this site. You will be very sorry. In addition, the items shown on the photos are not the same item that you will receive. They send cheap quality replicas of what you see on the photos of their website. That explains the low prices. Unless you live in Canada within the same vicinity, it makes no sense to order in United States as returning these items to Canada won’t be cheap.

Just got my first order from dresshead. The boots are so so cute and the jewelry is beautiful. Waiting on another order, can't wait to get it. I will definitely order from this company again.

Size chart was so off. I made sure to go off of it so i measured myself and it was saying i would need a large when I'm usually a small so i thought maybe this is a store for smaller women. So i went with mediums and they are too big on me,not very happy about that. But! Prices are great and it was shiped sooner than i expected. I would recomend dress head.

They truly are trash! I ordered some pants for my c section and put on special instructions to have the package thrown over my patio so nobody takes my package. (I was admitted to the hospital when all this occurred and NOBODY was home)The mailman even verified stating that dresshead never told them about the specific instructions. They said they delivered it. Dress head never complied with that and told me they won’t give me a refund. I am NEVER going to buy nothing from you ever again and I’ll see you in court!

So I ordered three pairs of shoes from dress head. All between the prices of $10-15. Which I thought was an amazing deal and they were super cute. After I ordered I decided to check reviews on the company and my heart sank. It did not look promising. However I received two pairs of shoes a week and a half later and was pleasantly surprised. Or course the quality wasn’t like going to DSW or Nordstrom’s, but I didn’t expect that to be the case because of how cheap they were. A week later I received my third pair of shoes and I am just as happy with them. Based off all the other reviews I would say buy at your own risk. However I’m very happy with the product I received. All the shoes were the size and style I ordered. Thank you Dresshead for a cheap quality product that shipped quickly!
