I ordered 9 dresses from dress head. I didn’t hear anything for 7 days after placing my order, so I emailed them. I emailed them twice before I heard back on the 8th day when they informed me that 2 of my items were not in stock, but they didn’t tell me which ones. My order finally shipped 10 days after I placed it. When I got it, 2 of the dresses were made the wrong size and they sent one dress in a different color than I ordered. They also completely left off one item all together. I have emailed back and forth trying to return the products that were made wrong and get the right color dress. It has been nothing but a hassle. They will not admit any fault or offer to correct their mistakes. Very unprofessional and I am very disappointed.

This company is a joke. Ordered bathing suits two sizes larger to ensure they would fit. The order took forever to receive. The bathing suits were way too small. They look nothing like they were advertised. Contacted customer service who took days to respond ... LUCIA was very rude. Her solution was only to say return to Hong Kong. When I asked for a shipping address to return them to or customer service representative that I could speak with I received no response. The cost of the shipping for the suits to be returned is ridiculously high. When I reached out again for assistance or advice, I received no response. After two weeks and several emails, I still have received no response. So now I am stuck with bathing suits that I cannot wear or return.

i ordered a bathing suit in a small, which was in stock when i bought it. it had been over a month since i ordered it and still hadn’t got my bathing suit. i contacted them and they told me that they are out of stoke of the certain suit i ordered. i asked for a refund and never got it....

I'm a Hostess here in Las Vegas Nevada I came across dresshead.com when researching wholesalers in the fashion industry. I was surprised and amazed that some of their items match up with big name clothing stores somewhere I have brought dresses for up to $50 and I found the same dress on dresshead. Com for as low as $15 including the shipping price. The items start off as low as $0.99 and the shipping is $3.99 per piece. Before you say that that's a lot of money for shipping I totally do not agree with you as the original purchase price for these items on other websites are over 80% more in price so even spending a few extra dollars on shipping you still come out cheaper shopping at dresshead.com. My advice to any fashionista would be check out the awesome deals that they have on dresshead. Calm and with certain purchases you receive one free reward point. Reward points can be used to purchase items for absolutely free. I have received free items such as 5 pack eyelash sets as well as costume jewelry. Other free items include selfie sticks panties thongs socks and even USB flash drives as well as Bluetooth speakers they have many other free items you can receive with the reward points please check out this website and no I do not work for them but I have been bragging to all my friends and coworkers about the tremendous savings on this website.

When I ordered, I never got a tracking number for my order. I then emailed customer service and they replied within a few hours with a tracking number for my order. This fooled me into thinking the experience was going to be...
The items were shipped out several days to a week after they were supposed to, so I did not get them in time for my vacation. All the products were fine,they just didn't fit great and were not quite as pictured on the website, so I decided to return them. This is where it gets bad. I emailed them to ask for return instructions, and they did not reply for 3 or 4 days. Their initial response was very nice, but they wanted to know why I wanted to return all the items. After telling them they just didn't come in on time and didn't fit well, I asked for instructions on how to return the order. I got no response for a coupled days so I emailed them back asking for assistance again. I got another email a couple days later asking again why I wanted to return the order. I told them again and asked for return shipping instructions. No response. I emailed and asked how to contact a manager or for a phone number. I immediately got a response explaining they have no phone service and that was it. Still no response with shipping instructions. I emailed them again asking for instructions. A day or two later I got an email saying "we can refund you $20 and you can just keep everything because shipping will be too expensive". I spent $150 on my order. Because they took so long with email replies, I now have 1 day left in my 30 day return period, and they still have not given me any instructions on how to return my items.

Would give 0 stars if option was available! First and foremost I ordered close to $200 worth in sales. I ordered a few dresses, 3 pairs of boots and a couple of free items that you got if you ordered a certain amount and pay shipping only. You also pay shipping for each item that wasn’t free so shipping is quite pricey regardless of how cheap the items are ! I received only half of the order even though I paid in full. I was missing the pink tote, a necklace, one of the dresses and NONE of the shoes were delivered. Mind you while investigating this I discovered they’d charged me for 4 pairs of shoes rather than the 3 I ordered and I received 0 pairs of the shoes paid for...Also it didn’t mention on their website but this is being shipped from China, which also explains the pricey shipping fee! The clothing items I did receive looked fair for the price paid although some stitching is already starting to come out of them after having less than 2 weeks, when some haven’t even been worn! I’m afraid to wash them, as they seem very delicate. Secondly their sizes aren’t true to the average American size even though they are targeting American consumers. I ordered several sweater dresses in Large and it’s very tight and revealing which as I was researching reviews was made aware this is a universal complaint and problem with other buyers ! I emailed the contact support as there is no listed contact number or address anywhere other than an email. I could not get a response so I reached out to PayPal (which is who I paid through) to dispute funds. The gimmick here is they will only refund you if you ship back the package and it is at your expense! The estimate was between $75-$100 which mind you is close to half of what I paid! They do not offer a paid return shipping label and paypal only offers $30 towards shipping! So needless to say they expected me to pay out of pocket for their mistake and negligence. In addition Lucia aka the support contact only responded to my emails once a dispute was filed and even tried say they’d refund me if I drop the dispute with PayPal! I contacted PayPal to inform them of this and they responded that it was incredibly alarming as dropping the dispute would mean it could not be reopen and that the retailer would keep the money and believes they had no intention on refunding me. The only resolution PayPal offered was for me to receive a refund only after paying out of pocket to ship back the items received. So then I’d be out of money and with nothing to show ! Lose lose! I went through my bank to file another complaint and disputed against this shady company and will never trust an online website without thoroughly checking out every review!! Stay far away from this fraudulent scam of a business! If it looks too good to be true, it most likely is! Lesson learned. Take it from me and save yourself the trouble and hardship, not worth it!

Update: I've been back and forth with this sad excuse of a company for weeks. Any positive review they have is bullsh*t. They offered me $30 refund on a $100 order. Everything is useless. Nothing fits. Quality is awful! I wrote back and said that's unacceptable. This was 6 days ago and now I get crickets. They are thieves. I'm reporting them to the BBB.

0 stars if possible. I ordered several items. I ordered 2 pairs of identical pants same size different colors. The pants were 2 different sizes. Neither fit, even though I used their size chart. One looked like it was sized for a child. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Both the same size, again I used the size chart. Both shoes arrived, but neither fit. One was too small, and then other was huge. The shirts I bought were cheap and the quality was nothing like what was pictured. This company was a scam! So I email them explaining the situation. My order was just over $100. Lucia emailed me back and said "Dear customer:

How about we refund $30 and you just keep them?

Um, no!! Are they serious! All of it is unwearable! How about a full refund! I emailed them. They can send me a label to ship them back or I am going to toss them. We will see what they say.

This company truly has no ethics. I dont know how they can sell this crap! It's obvious that all the reviews on their site are completely fake! I wish I would have listened to the reviews on here. Because my story is exactly like so many others I read.

I ordered a pair of boots, they looked fine except for when I went to put them on it was a nail in the boots. So now I have a cute pair of shoe boots that I can not wear! Lucky I did not injure my foot in the process!

I ordered 3 pairs of wedge sandals from Dresshead. They were the right price and oh so cute. 2 came pretty much as expected, a little cheaper material than I'd like but still, a good deal. However one pair had a flaw - the clasp for the ankle strap on one shoe was in the wrong position (outside of the clip instead of in the middle like it should be). I sent dresshead an email because it's posted on their website "Free Returns!" and they replied to my email with 3 videos showing me how the clasp is correct and how I should fasten it. They told me that there is no flaw in the shoe, even though I clearly see the flaw. I stopped bothering them, I'll chalk it up to lesson learned with this place. Cute clothes, bad customer service.

So after I ordered I looked at reviews and I saw a lot of bad stuff. But here is my honest review for Dresshead. I ordered three swimsuits and after sometime I was wondering if they were even going to ship out. I got the tracking number a week later after they said three day max. I thought, well you live and you learn... Tracking information was kind of weird but maybe I didn't follow the directions??? They said I'd get my package by the 25th of January, I got it on the 24th! Awesome! Like I said, I ordered three swimsuits, I only ended up with two. They said on the paper in my package that they sent me emails and tried to contact me, they didn't. But the did infact put my money back on my card! YAY!!! The black swimsuit has a tear, it's small so I can fix it. No problem. It's thin material, but nice. However, I LOVE my blue swimsuit!! Thankfully I ordered a size up. I'm a small in the swimsuit department but got a medium and I'm so glad I did. It fits well. So remember to order a size up. I actually may order again from Dresshead. To me it's a hit or miss. But the whole experience was much better than I expected.

Beware of this company!!!
They will take your money and tell you that your package is being delivered. Meantime, there is no package and they will not refund your money back. This is not a legitimate company. It's a scam.. Dont buy from dress head no matter how good the deal may be.

I ordered 4 bathing suits. I wear a size 16/18 and ordered 2XL in one and 3XL in 3 swimsuits. Ended up spending $65 for one top that actually fit, Customer service was terrible. Sent 3 emails with no response.

I was skeptic about ordering from dresshead after reading all of the negative reviews, but I am glad that I ordered from them any way because I absolutely love the clothes. The shipping time was very reasonable considering orders ship from China (only 14 days). Their prices are unbeatable. I will definitely continue ordering from dresshead, and I have no issue with referring the website to my friends and family.

My honest experience with dresshead is that I love this company. On every order I've made they did a wonderful job getting my orders to me. Their prices are reasonable and their coustomer service have always been there to help me with every order.

The review I had for dresshead.com was good but I got some things wrong, All of my things I ordered were wring, one pair of pants was too big, the other pair was too small, and one of the pants was a different color from the picture, the shoes are also not as I saw them on the picture the shoes are also a size too big, I know that I picked all the right sizes for me so what is going on I want to return it and get different things, but I think I 'll have to pay for shipping when I shouldn't have too since I m not the one who got things wrong. As I said before, quality is not the best but I expect things to be right, I want my money back or an exchange.

Dresshead clothes are to cute!! But you do get what you pay for!!I get many compliments on many dresses and outfits I wear.. My orders always go threw and I receive my package within 2 weeks.

SCAM This company will rob you. They steal your money by posting a photo of a quality item that they dont intend to send you. They take your money and send you $2 dress because they SAY they were OOS. Then they refund you a few dollars and tell you to get the rest if the refund you have to soend more money to return item ...you did not order...to China. Paypal did not help with dispute either but told me i had to pay to return item.SCAM

So on my first order there was a slight hiccup as one of my dress was not as in picture however Dresshead support was very professional. She apologised for the inconvenience refunded me apart of my money and sent me a free dress. The customer support is exceptional and I will always do business with them. Thank you Dresshead.

I will admit we were nervous because I read previous reviews but I received everything in the expected time frame I was given. I communicated via email and they responded within a few hours and they follow up. I wanted to make sure I received my shipment before Christmas I did my client love their item. Delivery updates via FedEx will definitely make you nervous because it just shows received & in transit but it came at expected time and my boutique and client is happy
