Warning! This is a scam. They say they accept returns. It is false. They don't unless you pay an extravagant sum for postage.

They charge 3.99$ per item that you order.
I would have to pay $63.84 as Shipping Costs for items taht cost 20$.
The last time i ordered something for my sister and we never recieved it.
We sent emails but they never replied.

Honest to goodness truth am telling. This site is no good . Baugh some goods from them and the shosteoporosis r 2 small the bags r not what I espected and I message them twice and they haven't reply to me. Wishing people would stop spending their money with them . Time wasted . Not satisfied with this purchase .

Received my first item. Exactly what I expected. I have ordered from China before and had to wait months! This time it was less than 2 wks. I ordered a top and it was exactly as pictured. Yes, it's light material - but for $1.99?? My only problem is they don't discount for combined shipping. Each item is charged full price for shipping -,even if it was just $1.00 off each additional item would be better.

This is a dishonest Chinese website where you should never order anything. if there is any problem, you will never get reimbursed. u need to return the items at your cost to china.

Do NOT order - Poor quality of clothes and accessories. Sizes are inconsistent and are generally small. No customer service at all - They lie and do not allow exchanges and no refunds.

I got already 2 orders, everything very good. However their shipping cost is very expensive. They charge shipping for each item you add to your cart, which it can make your total very high. They should have a free shipping rate.

Never buy from this site. I bought 4 pairs of shoes for my wedding party. They aren't glued correctly and dont right and now wont give me a refund and says i have to pay for shipping. Never states anything like that on the website. They have a 30 day refund policy and will not let me return them.

Sent wrong items, then refused to answer any emails.

This company sucks!!! I wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing. There products suck. They are not what they look like online and the material is so thin, it isn't even worth it, and you can't wear anything. They say they offer free returns but they don't!! I tried to return my order and they basically tried to pay me just to keep their products. It's a headache and they take forever to respond. Worst online shopping experience ever!!!!

Don't order anything from this company.....it is a scam! They charged me twice for a pair shoes and they tried to get money from my account!! Do not order anything from them!! Oh and I still haven't received my order yet!! I have spoken with my attorney!! Scammers.... nothing but fraud!

I ordered 3 times now from them never had an issue what you see is what you get and the prices are perfect if you’re on a budget. I did get a refund when one shoe was out of stock within 2 days. Thank you 🙏.

I've tried several times to make a purchase but at checkout it wouldn't accept my username and password. I had to email dresshead about this and they replied saying they reset my account. I tried again to use to place an order and it still didn't accept my information. I emailed dresshead this morning again requesting they remove all information on me and let me order as a new customer. It's a glitch with dresshead but a shame not to be able to address this problem sooner. I've been ordering from them for about a year now.

STAY AWAY. They charged me $23 for a $8 dress. I ordered 2 dresses and only received one and then say that I only ordered 1. Further more took 3 weeks to get here. No phone number to call.. nothing. This is a joke. I only gave one star because I had to in order to leave this warning.DO NOT BUY FROM DRESSHEAD.

I wish I could give Dress head a ZERO star. I ordered 4 summer dresses. They Are paper thin! The material is rough on all the dresses. One of them looks like they just cut up a curtain and shipped it to me. I am very unhappy and will never send my money here again!

Do not EVER shop from Dresshead. The return and refund is a HEADACHE! I ordered 4 items and 3 of the pairs of shoes did not fit. I tried to email and return the items but instead the lady kept bribing me to keep the items and she would give me an item for free. Or she said they would return $10 dollars of my $50 plus order, if I would just keep the items! RUDE! So I then tried to call the helpline number, which is 509-293-9906, and that was even more of a headache. They had to verify information after information. The guy helping me couldn't hear me half the time. The refunding process (which didn't actually get completed), took over 40 minutes... The call took over an hour to get everything done. They also have you install a "timeviewer" program which allows them to get on to your computer and control whatever it is they are doing... ALSO this causes your computer screen to go black. He will reassure that because they want customers to come back to them they are not hacking or gathering any of your information. BULLCRAP! IF they wanted to keep customers they wouldn't be such pain in the asses to return items. But I did express my concerns about why they needed specific information or why my screen was going dark, several times and he did tell me he understand my concerns and explained that they aren't like that. Well that is true or not, if you feel uneasy about it, probably isn't a safe thing to be doing. Especially not knowing the company! Honestly, the prices may be nice BUT honest to god, it is not WORTH purchasing any items from them BECAUSE!!! it is a pain in the A$$ to even return items! Find a different site or just pay the descent american price that may be a little more expensive! Do not order from Dresshead!

You know the saying, "You get what you pay for". Well, it's true. The items are nothing like the pictures. On their website it says free returns, Unlimited. That's a joke. I emailed four times telling them two dresses did not fit and each time at 4:30 the next morning I received an email asking why I wanted to return them. Finally the fifth time I told them that I had answered that question and to refund my money and they said sure just send it back. I sent another email, because they never respond to the email that you respond to, and told them that their website says unlimited free returns and not a surprise, "No response".
