Total scam. I ordered 4 dresses. They look nothing like the pictures on the website. Super cheaply made, terrible quality, and horrible fabric. Took a month to arrive because they are made in China and have to go through Chinese customs. I got totally ripped off and now they have my personal information to sell which I’m sure they will and the return process like the other reviews stated is a complete joke.

Not good! Items missing from order. I ordered 4 pairs of yoga pants and 1 was missing, 1 did not come close to fitting me (all were same size) and the other 2 were so cheaply made and I shop at cheaper stores so I'm not picky. I'm taking the time to write this review so others will maybe be saved from the hassle. If you buy from dresshead.com you might as well burn your money or throw it in the trash. All items received are going to goodwill. No wonder they don't allow reviews on their site.

Do not buy from this company! Biggest scam I have ever encountered! I ordered 10 dresses from this company, what I received was nothing like what I ordered. You know the running joke about ordering dresses from China? They probably started with this company. The dresses I received were a different style, different print, different color scheme. The material is so thin it could double as a window screen. There were holes the dress where the seams weren’t sewn together properly. Strings and buttons hanging off. I opened a PayPal dispute and within days PayPal granted me a full refund. Here’s where the scam gets worse though. I would receive the entire amount including the original shipping, but I had to ship the product back to China. Ever ship anything to China? My initial quote was $75-$100 to get it back. My order was $114. I would not be refunded the cost to ship it back. I’m sure this is part of their scam, they know it cost way too much so most people will probably just give up and deal with it. Thankfully PayPal has implemented a new shipping policy where they’ll refund you up to $30. With the help of an amazing postal worker I was able to flatten all the dresses into a flat rate mailer and it only cost me 33 to send back. The whole process was a nightmare. Do not fall for the same nonsense I did.

I love the sight! I got my order perfect time frame and I heard back when I wanted an update on my order because it does come from across the country that does take about two to three weeks maybe a little more but it's totally worth the wait! Great clothing beautiful exactly like the pictures I ordered to rompers for the summer I normally wear a medium but I ordered a large and both of those you want to order a size up wish I could share a picture definitely will order from this site again!

I have ordered from them 3 times and each time only one or two items arrives. They always issue refunds for the missing items. Clothes arrive but not shoes. I have ordered a pair of snow boots twice and some long faux suede boots , neither of which arrived. The clothes are very poor copies of the items pictured and the sizes are out by a mile. Very poor quality and poor materials. They give you free items when you order 3 items or more and they arrive so very hit and miss with this site

I cannot put into words the disappointment I have with this company! They sent me two of the worst dresses, that looked like they were made out of bed sheets compared to the pictures from which I ordered the dresses. How could they be so off, and uncaring. I contacted them and was told I could pay shipping and send them back. or place another order then get a free dress. Which means, I would have to pay again meaning I just got hustled. I asked why not just send me another dress, mind you a bought two. they said in the next email purchase another order then get free dress. Here's the email they sent me: Dear customer:

For your problem, you may pay the shipping fee to return to our warehouse in HONGKONG.

How about you keep it and we offer a dress sku#6095025 in L for free with your new order?

I love this website, I am completely charmed with my dresses. It looks amazing and fits perfect. Also the shipping was very fast, I received it after two days I was shipped out. I fell satisfied, and recommend dresshead.com.

I normally wear a Plus 2 size and I ordered a dress in Plus 5 and it barely fit on my friend who is a Extra small size. Don't waste your time & money

first they said I will get my goods in 8-15 days..... well 45 days passed and still nothing. Not even a word from them

I ordered at least 19 items and received also 19 free items due to a promotion. You can choose from a few free items. I paid at least $50 for shipping first time I've ordered and the second time (I couldn't help myself not to buy again since I was so happy the first time) the total was $296 and $150 was the shipping. But it's still worth it. I love their swimming suits, cardigans and pants... I can't wait to receive the second order. Because of the 80% promotion I saved at least $700. Some swimming suits were just $.99. Can you imagine? I bought a swimming suit for $7.99 which I found on Lands End for $90 at least. Buying brand it doesn't always mean quality. Most of them are coming from China so you might as well embrace sites like DressHead or Shein. I'll keep you posted about the second delivery. Can't wait to get it!!!

Yesterday My mom give me surprise gift, and it was a leather jacket, which have very stunning and beatiful. My Mom give me gift purchasing it from dresshead.com and it was superb!

I bought a bunch of chokers and every single one broke within me just touching them! I emailed and asked for a refund and all they said was they would refund one of the items they never sent me, completely ignoring the choker part. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IT'S A SCAM

Beware- this is a knockoff site shipping out of China. Pictures are all lifted from other sites. Ordered two items, took over three weeks to arrive and BOTH items were damaged. One dress was snagged and the other snagged and sleeve was half torn off three inches from hem. Poor quality and cheap fabric. Received a refund for items but not for shipping and tax, so out money for stuff that is unusable.

Beware ordering from this company. The items are extremely cheap made and cheap looking. Returning items is joke. I’m out $150 and have to buy more Christmas presents because I would not even give this stuff to someone.

Do not order from here. I didn't realize this company is selling out of China and not the U.S. The website does not state it anywhere. I received an email stating that I would receive my order in 5-7 days when I actually received it three weeks later. The order is NOTHING like what is represented on the website. It is a cheap fabric and completely different style. The hems are not even finished. The size is completely off for the U.S. There is no way to return the product. I had to initiate a dispute with my credit card company. STAY AWAY!!!

I have ordered twice from dresshead my order was correct the right amount was deducted from my card and the clothes fitted great and quality was good. I would've gave them 5 stars but shipping and handle to expensive 3.50 a piece and it takes too long to receive.

I just take a chance to try 2 pieces dress. I was impressed the shipping time.i received them in 8 days. UPS made the finally deliver to my front door. these 2 pieces dress fit perfect.
