Do not order from this place. I ordered a dress on November 9th and still haven't received it even though it said it will take 5 to 7 days this is some bs and you can't talk to anyone to get a refund

I brought a 3X from them that want even come down over my stomach not only that I have to pay for it to be return never again will I order for them all there stuff is from Kong Kong So the sizes are different but they have the chart showing the sizes they are wrong too keep your money not even a 1 rate good enough

I was given the 8-12 day delivery time-frame at the time of my order and a tracking number. As I tracked to on Fedx, it was supposed to be delivered November 9th, 2018 (the 10th day). Why when I checked on November 9th, the tracker had a NEW delivery time frame which is more than 12 days....They lied. I needed two of the outfits for an upcoming event and had to settle for a Walmart outfit instead. So frustrating!! This is my 2nd time ordering from them. The first time I ordered also was delayed. Unbelievable!

NO more purchasing online without checking companies I don't know.
I bought three items online last week. One jacket I'll keep because even though it has tears at the collar, I like the print so I'll sew these.
The pocketbooks or bags are extremely cheap looking. (Now I know why their prices are so low).
I wanted to return these but this is the message I got (after two days of waiting. I wrote twice. )
OK if I'd known this was from China or Japan, but esp. China, I would never have bought it because I just KNOW how they operate. I've been burnt before.

After trying for two days to reach someone re. my purchase, this is the email I got after telling them the two pocketbooks were cheap looking. I know how extremely expensive it is to return anything to China, so I feel very ripped off. They had NO phone..ugh and then I'm out $30.

The quality can be somewhat cheap but most clothes have decent to high end quality for the price. I'd say Dresshead is in my top 5 sites that have super trendy but affordable clothes. I don't know what I'd do without Dresshead & I especially love shopping on their website because the selection is much wider and I can find cuter things that people I know don't really wear. There shipping (I think it says 7-12) almost always gets to be on the 10th day, which stinks but it's worth it.

I have bought like 6 items from dresshead in total and omg I am in love with each item:) So beautiful and I would totally order from them again. True and real site. Their price is really low.

If I could give a less star than 1 I would. I ordered a white dress and after a month I received it. The dress looked nothing like it was pictured and did not have one tag inside of it. It was suppose to be a XL and it seems to be a XXS. I tried to emil to get a return but had no luck for a return email. This company ships from Hong Kong and is the worst online shop thus far. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE.

Can't ask for a better deal!! I have bought from here 2 times. First dress, super comfy delicate and pretty. Only bad is it took 2 months to come In. But I really love it. Second time took 2 ish weeks to come in. 3 dresses , 1 shoes and free jewelry gifts. I had to read the cm measurements and use a converter chart to American sizes. Every dress fits great. Only thing is the gold dress I ordered is not at all gold, hard to explain. Everything exceeds my expectations and I will order more. My first dress was 18 dollars total?? Something like that. Second order was 50 bucks!!! 3 dresses 1 pair shoes and jelwry. I'm plus size 18/20 and was worried but I really really love everything..

They stole my credit card number and racked up over $1000. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

My wife and daughters love dresshead and never stop talking about it. I'm just the one who pays the bill at the register but they love going there and that makes me happy. Thanks Dresshead!

I buy from dresshead all the time! Their prices are really low for the quality and my clothing and shoes arrive in the time frame promised. Really love this website

THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I ORDER 13 DRESSES (ALL THE SAME DRESSES) IT WAS FOR MY CHURCH CHOIR. THE DRESSES THAT I RECEIVED DIDNT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE OF THE DRESS ONLINE. I REQUESTED TO SEND THEM BACK WITHIN THE 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY. SOMEONE TOLD VIA EMAIL THAT I HAVE TO SEND THE PACKAGE BACK TO HONG KONG. I SAID "THAT IS FINE. WHAT THE ADDRESSS?" I GOT NO RESPONSE. I EMAILED THEM EVERY SINGLE DAY AND THEY WOULD GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND AND NOT GIVE ME THE INFORMATION THAT I NEEDED. THEY NEVER GAVE ME THE ADDRESS TO SEND THE DRESSES AND I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK. PLEASE...I BEG OF YOU TO NOT ORDER FROM DRESSHEAD. THEY ARE SCUM AND I AM TRULY DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY.

I ordered 3 swim suits. They took 4 weeks. When they arrived I opened packages, 1st one top was very thin and one breast cover larger than other. The bottom made of a nylon Halloween costume material almost. 3 sizes too small and I ordered a larger size. Next two items didn't even have elastic for the waist bands and straps very short. Very pool quality and also smaller by about 4 sizes too small. Very this Halloween material feel. Bad quality. I would never buy again. They do not know U.S sizing.

I placed a large order ($165, $70 was shipping & taxes) w/Dresshead. The items came and a package of 5 large rocks included.
I ordered about 10 items and 4 of them didn't fit me. I emailed the company (no phone/or other info) Lucinda emailed back. I asked for return info, address, auth number, etc. She replied w/an option to keep everything and give me 2 free gifts on my next order.
I responded, that I don't want there free gift, just a return address. She also said I would have 2 pay for shipping. Said fine, just give me an address where to send back. She wasted a week on ridiculous question.
After 4 additional emails complaining about their service, I still can't get a return address or any info from them.
They have just ignored all my emails. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM DRESSHEAD!

Love love love this site!! I buy a good amount of dress here every summer. Pretty good prices and the quality isn't cheap. Actually stylish too. The site is always colorful and easy too which i love!!

My wife and I each ordered a swimsuit on July 4th not know this company was out of China and not local to us in the United States.
I was concerned as soon as I found out that we were either one, not going to receive our swimsuits, two they were going to come in and be a poorly made cheap imitiation of the stolen pictures they use, and three they weren't going to fit. Never did I expect to receive a rock with my order for them to gain more money through shipping and handling.. The swimsuits arrived today two weeks after ordering. They actually don't look bad and ordering up a few sizes on instinct (from looking at their size charts and because I just had a feeling we would want the extra room) was a good idea because if I had bought my normal size it would have been three or four sizes too small at lease. The swimsuit fits me better than any I own at the moment but it's not a perfect fit. I'm not going to even bother trying to return the because even though they claim free returns, we will never get our money back. Please do your research on a company with prices that are too good to be true and offer incentives like free items after ordering a certain amount of things.
Shame on you DRESSHEAD for not having the gall to put a review and feedback button on your own website! Not everything is perfect nor does it get the best rating consistently!

Dresses are not true to size. Slow to ship. No info to return. I'm very unhappy

I have ordered multiple times from Dresshead and always received what I ordered, no problems whatsoever. Their customer service is prompt in responding to your questions. Recommed

Very unacceptable experience. I spent over a hundred dollars and received 3 pair of sandals and dresses. The first pair that I tried on was broken and they only gave me half of what I paid for. The 2nd pair lasted 4 weeks and while I was walking they broke and I tripped and fell. They are refusing a refund unless I buy another order from them. If you notice their email responses they are automated and rude and from another country. What a shame!!! I am a cancer patient and trying to buy things to help me feel good and places like this scam us. Look at their reviews online..they are sad!!$
