My experience was entirely positive! I was very scared because this was already my third BBL. Unfortunately, my previous surgeries in Germany were done very poorly. Dr. Furkan was truly my last hope. From beginning to end, I was treated with so much respect. The hospital was extremely modern, and the staff constantly made sure that I was comfortable.

During my first consultation with Dr. Furkan, I immediately knew that he understood exactly what kind of result I wanted. He was very polite, humble, and incredibly professional. I felt completely taken care of.

After the surgery, I was so well looked after both in the hospital and at the hotel. My husband and I were truly amazed, because we don’t know this kind of service from Germany. There was always someone there for us. Dr. Furkan was updated regularly on how we patients were doing. I was never left alone.

Back in Germany, my result is a dream. The liposuction on my back and stomach, as well as the BBL with beautifully shaped hips, turned out amazing—exactly how I wished for! I will definitely fly back to Dr. Furkan for my next surgery and can recommend him with a clear conscience.

I also want to mention that I’m still in contact with the other patients who were there with me, and they are all very happy and satisfied as well.

My TT is looking AWESOME. My incision is paper thin and hardly visible. After my TT the care was phenomenal. I had my sister with me in my room, however, I could have easily traveled alone as they took real good care of me. They were only one text message away any time of the day or night. I recently had my dogears corrected and he did a great job on that too. His incision technique is untouchable...paper-thin. Dr. Furkan is a really down to earth DR. and will help you as best as he can with your concerns, and Canan is awesome in any kind of way. My sister and myself had our TT with Dr. Furkan and we are both super pleased. I can only highly recommend Dr. Furkan and his team.

I’m 8 months post operation- BBL, tummy tuck and breast revision with implants. Couldn’t be happier. Best decision I made. Everything went really smoothly and I felt well looked after. Even recovery was totally fine apart from not being able to sit for several weeks which was expected though and essential for good result. Thank you Dr Furkan !

Meine OP (360 Grad Liposuktion mit Bauchdeckenstraffung + Brust-OP) ist jetzt knapp 2 Wochen her. Ablauf der OP und Betreuung waren sehr gut, das gesamte Personal durchweg freundlich. Ich kann Dr. Furkan uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Über das Endergebnis kann ich zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt noch nichts Abschließendes sagen, da Bauch/Rücken/Achseln doch noch sehr schmerzen und geschwollen sind, aber die grobe Richtung lässt sich schon erahnen und ich bin froh, diesen Weg bei diesem Arzt gewählt zu haben.

I was operated 3 november and everything was very good arranged by Viola Care. From the moment that I arrived in Istanbul to the moment I left Turky. The nurses that checked me every day, was polite and very helpfull. They felt like friends.
Dokter Furkan was honest and direct about what he could achieve for me and he listend to what I wanted. I had a mini tummy tuck, 360 lipo, breastlift and lipo at other places. He is a magician, the tummy tuck scar is like a pencil line and also AT my breast. I am very happy with my result and would recomment Viola Care and dokter Furkan to everyone I know.

I done a breast lift with implants, tummy tuck, 360 lipo and bbl. I am 3 months post operation and am extremely happy with how my results turned out. Dr furkan was very friendly and made me feel extremely at ease. I felt super confident and comfortable the entire time I was there. The hospital was very nice and the staff were truly amazing, they constantly came to check up on me and how I was doing no matter the time and routinely came to change my medication if needed. Truly a hands on at all time team. My co ordinator Ceyda was a wonderful as well!. When i arrived back to the hotel after staying at the hospital for a bit the hotel nurses where also very hands on and came every morning and night to check on me and give my medications. After returning home the members on our group chat also gave me reassurance and helped me when I had any questions, they were very active and did not take long to respond either. Overall I couldn’t of asked for better support or treatment and am extremely thankful to Dr Furkan and the Voila team :)

Despite removing my earlier review and trying to intimidate me by publicly using my full name I’m writing my experience again. If needed I’ll also share my before and after photos and WhatsApp screenshots on RealSelf because the way this clinic prioritises money & image over a human body & health is shocking & unethical.

My experience with Dr Furkan Certel and his team has been disappointing, unsafe and mentally exhausting. I chose him because he advertises “high quality” and charges high prices. What I received were complications, dismissive communication, unclear practices and zero accountability. All my statements are supported by photos and WhatsApp messages.
1. My wishes were ignored
I repeated clearly:
• lipo of back, armpits, arms, belly
• removal of a fat lump
• slight hip dip filling only
• no butt enlargement
• natural, proportional results
Despite this I woke up with a wide exaggerated BBL I never wanted. The difference is dramatic and documented.

2. Physical and emotional consequences
I have pain when sitting or lying on my side, deep hard lumps, months of dark bruising and asymmetry. My mental health has suffered heavily. My low iron levels were ignored pre op; I’m now on medication. I’ll undergo ultrasounds soon and need corrective surgery in 2026 costing over €3000. This could’ve been prevented if my wishes were respected.

3. Unnatural and disproportionate results
The back to butt transition is distorted. The top was filled without permission, one arm is larger, and fat lumps remain in areas I paid extra to treat. This doesn’t reflect “premium” work.

4. Lack of transparency before anesthesia
Before anesthesia other people were present but Dr Certel wasn’t in the operation room before I was put under. In many countries including the Netherlands the surgeon is present pre anesthesia!! This raises valid questions about who did what.

5. Key areas not properly treated
Back and armpit lipo, my main priority, weren’t completed correctly despite an extra €700. Photos show untreated or uneven areas.

6. Weak aftercare and slow responses
I woke up with a catheter I wasn’t informed about. Aftercare was slow and dismissive unless a public review was posted. Only then replies became extremely fast. This shows their priority is reputation, not patient wellbeing.

7. Intimidation of unhappy patients
When patients speak up the clinic reacts defensively and even posts full names to scare people into silence. This behaviour is unprofessional and proves again that image matters more to them than patient safety.

8. No accountability or compensation
Instead of acknowledging complications the team focuses on denial, excuses and image management. At no point did I feel that my body was treated as more important than their marketing. No amount of money or clinic reputation should ever come before a patient’s body, consent or long term health.

9. Filing complaints
No patient should wake up with a body they didn’t request, suffer pain for months or pay thousands for corrections. I’ll file complaints with Dutch and Turkish authorities.

Transparency, honesty, respect for patient wishes and accountability weren’t part of my experience. I regret this decision. They take no responsibility and gaslight me into accepting a huge outdated one size fits all BBL nobody asked for. No patient should be pressured to normalise a result they didn’t consent to.

I had my first bbl 360 lypo arms chin legs lypo and my eyes done my time at the hospital before and after surgery was great dr fulkan was great very caring and amazing and getting you ready for surgery the nurses were so lovely back at hotel on call 24/7 I would give the whole process a 10/10

My expeirence with Dr. Furkan is nothing short of amazing! Right from the consultation, to the procedure and even the aftercare, it was such a bliss.
I had been following all his works for about 4 years before I finally decided it was time for my tummy tuck, and I could not have made a better choice. He is one of the best out there! He has the kindest nursing/aftercare team ever, they are all very competent and hands on. The kind of care I received is a discovery!
The airport pick up/drop off, hospital suite, post-op suite at the hotel were all VVIP standard.
Overall it was a wonderful experience and I remain grateful to Dr. Furkan and his team.

I recently had my second BBL done with Dr. Furkan, and once again I am extremely satisfied. He is truly a fantastic surgeon — very skilled, professional, and caring. He really listens to what you want, but he also knows what looks beautiful and what suits your body. His advice is always on point, and together with your wishes he creates the perfect result.

The nursing team was wonderful as well: caring, attentive, and always there when I needed something. The clinic is super clean and well-organized, and I felt safe and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Everyone was kind, patient, and supportive.

The recovery hotel was also top quality — beautiful, clean, and filled with sweet, helpful staff.

Overall, everything was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Furkan!

I had amazing surgery with Dr furkan we did supercharged bbl (fat transfer and implants) I was very nervous but the results were better than I had imagined . Because I was slim I was worried I wouldn’t get a good result but dr furkan specialises in skinny BBLs! The transfers were lovely clean and efficient, the social media team were so sweet and funny. My nurses were absolutely amazing and I can’t thank them enough for what they for me. The consultation was very thorough and the anesthesoligist spoke to me in my room before I went down which I’d never had before . I cannot reccomend Voila enough and I’ll be coming back !

Ich schreibe diese Rezension mit Tränen in den Augen, weil ich immer noch kaum glauben kann, was mir passiert ist. Ich habe mich für eine Schönheitsoperation entschieden, weil ich meinen Körper verbessern und mich wohler fühlen wollte. Doch stattdessen wurde alles nur schlimmer. Das Ergebnis ist katastrophal – mein Körper wurde regelrecht verpfuscht, und ich erkenne mich selbst kaum wieder.

Ich hatte so großes Vertrauen in den Arzt und die Praxis. Mir wurde Professionalität und Erfahrung versprochen, doch was ich erlebt habe, war das Gegenteil. Nach der Operation wurde ich mit meinen Sorgen völlig allein gelassen. Niemand hat sich wirklich für meinen Zustand interessiert, und auf meine verzweifelten Nachfragen bekam ich nur ausweichende oder kalte Antworten.

Das Schlimmste: Für die angebliche „Korrektur“ des Fehlers soll ich jetzt noch einmal 2.500 € bezahlen – obwohl der Schaden ganz klar aus der ersten, misslungenen Operation stammt. Ich empfinde das als absolut unfair und herzlos.

Ich fühle mich gedemütigt, körperlich wie seelisch verletzt und im Stich gelassen. Mein Vertrauen in Ärzte ist erschüttert, und jeden Tag erinnert mich mein Körper daran, was passiert ist. Diese Erfahrung hat mich zutiefst geprägt – und ich würde mir wünschen, ich hätte mich nie in diese Hände begeben.

Bitte, an alle, die überlegen, hier eine Schönheitsoperation durchführen zu lassen: Seid vorsichtig und informiert euch gründlich. Ich würde niemandem wünschen, das durchzumachen, was ich erlebt habe.

I had two operations with this surgeon, one in June 2023 and then what was supposed to be a correction in April 2024. Both were complete disasters.

The first surgery left me with a dropped breast. When I complained, instead of acknowledging the mistake, they demanded another £2,000 to “fix” it. I felt trapped and desperate, so I paid.

The second surgery was a nightmare. Before the operation, when Furkan came to assess me, he smelled strongly of alcohol in my opinion, and it horrified me. The results were appalling. I was left with nerve damage in my left breast that causes constant pain when I lie down, nipples that are now inverted and uneven which I never had before, and a horrible overall outcome.

The drains after surgery were excruciating. Every breath felt like I was being cut from the inside. I screamed in pain, but all they did was hand me a muscle relaxer. There were no proper checks, no real care, no compassion. I honestly question whether Furkan even did the surgery himself the second time, because it was such a shambles that it looked like someone inexperienced had tried to clean up his mess.

When I confronted them about the results, they again tried to charge me another £2,000 for yet another “fix.” I refused and instead asked for a partial refund and copies of my medical records. Their response was to threaten me with a solicitor and then completely ignore me.

To make matters worse, after my very first surgery they kept pressuring me to leave them a glowing review. I refused, telling them I would only write a review once I saw the final results. Well, here it is. The results are disgusting. I am left with pain, deformity, emotional stress, and now I have to spend even more money to fix their failures with another surgeon.

This whole experience has been nothing short of a nightmare and I would never recommend Furkan or his clinic to anyone.

The fact that you’re still drowning in your own lies is unbelievable. I think it’s best for everyone to see the truth, so I’ll be sharing photos of your work, the full conversation between me and you (or your team), and the opinion of the doctor who had to fix your mess.

You’re a disgrace, not just because of the awful job you did, but because you couldn’t admit to your mistakes. Then you completely ignored me when I asked for my medical records.

Dr. Furkan ist der krasseste Arzt den es nur in Istanbul gibt. Er hört zu nimmt sich Zeit für Patienten und klärt sie auf. Bei ihm kriegt man bessere Ergebnisse als erwartet. Seriously the most lovely docter every, he is so nice and listens to you. I had a previous bbl+lipo and tt by another docter and i was not satisfied. But Dr. Furkan and his crew are so professional, after the surgery the nurses checked me so many times i forgot the count. Every day u get several check ups from the nurses and they take good care of u. The service is perfect, every detail is perfect. I am sooooo satisfied with my results, i am so glad that i have found Dr.Furkan. I highly recommend if u are looking for high quality service, a fantastic dokter! The hotel i stayed in was also very professional very clean. I gave 5 stars but if i could i would give 100 stars.

Ich bin total begeistert und habe wirklich nicht damit gerechnet, dass es so toll wird vom Ergebnis bis zum gesamten Ablauf. Die Betreuung ist wirklich der absolute Hammer man ist keine Sekunde allein oder jemand kümmert sich nicht. Es wird sogar deutsch gesprochen und meine Betreuerin ist wirklich ein absoluter Engel - die liebe Canan. 💓 Canan hat sich so lieb um mich gekümmert. Wirklich ich hab mich so gut aufgehoben gefühlt und bin so dankbar für diese ganze Erfahrung und vor allem das Ergebnis von Dr Furkan Certel! Ich habe nach meiner BBL OP einfach gar keine Schmerzen, obwohl ich mit dem Schlimmsten gerechnet habe. Und das Ergebnis sieht jetzt schon wirklich geisteskrank aus. Ich hab einen neuen Körper und musste gar keine Schmerzen durchleben. Hier sind alle so nett und ich fühle mich super aufgehoben und kann einfach nur 100 mal Danke sagen für diese Erfahrung, weil ich wirklich etwas Angst vor der OP hatte. Aber das braucht man bei diesem Team überhaupt nicht.

I had 360 lipo and bbl in july 2024. Everything went smooth, I really felt safe and comfortable at the hospital and then at the hotel with voila team. Post op care is great. Previously, I even gave 5 stars rating. However, I have now to complain about something: some months after the procedure had been done I noticed a lump left under my buttocks which I have tried to reduce with many massages, with no results. I politely asked the doctor for a revision but he said the lump was because of my skin tone, which I can firmly adfirm that is pretty tight. He proposed to cut my skin and have a skin lifting in that area, refusing to do a second round of lipo to remove what had been left, and of course let me paying for the full procedure. Let's also consider the fact that I hadn't been informed about any possibility of skin laxity before the procedure. I can't say I am not happy with my results, but definitely I am not fully satisfied because there is still a big evident lump left and furkan seemed not to care about it or about my feelings. Sage from the customer service has been very nice but furkan couldn't give me a satisfying solution about this problem. I was hoping for more considering his professionality.
