Dried flowers arrived late (10 working days) and very poorly packaged. The flowers themselves werent badly damaged but were of very average quality and not what I had hoped for from the reviews.

Our wedding flowers were absolutely stunning, we ordered a bespoke wedding arrangement for bridal and bridesmaid flowers as well as corsages and a floral arch. The process of creating the style and customer service was amazing with India and Kylee providing quick communication and answered all my queries including some last minute changes to our order.
Our florals still look fantastic months on and I would highly recommend as an alternative to fresh flowers. I will be buying again for gifts in the future!

Placed my order on the 9th March, hoped they would arrive in time for Mother's day, I had high hopes as they had been great in the past. Not this time, order confirmed but did not hear anything else, no email to say they were on the way, no tracking number. It's now the 18th and still nothing, no response to my emails, I just get automated replies. All other attempts to contact them have also failed All I see are out of office messages. Definitely will not be using them again.

I absolutely loved my wedding flowers. I ordered the Laurel standard bouquet, the bridesmaids posy and 4 buttonholes. They were all well packaged and smell amazing, even after a month! The customer service team were so fast to respond when I'm emailed them and so polite. Would highly recommend.

I first found Dried Flowers UK on instagram and immediately fell in love with Devon Dried Flower Bridal Bouquet. I placed an order following that link. When the flowers arrived they were tiny, there was no colour to them and they were completely flat backed. Nowhere on the website or through the images does this indicate this whole style is flat backed (not a standard round bouquet). The information does not show really what to expect from the different sizes either and i felt like I was completely mislead.
I was utterly devastated at my bridal bouquet.
However, I was able to return these (at my own cost unfortunately) and order a larger bouquet in a different style. I simply paid the difference. I chose the Laurel Dried Flower bouquet. These were AMAZING. It was as if a different person altogether had made this bouquet in comparison to the first bunch. The colours, the smell, the size, everything was perfect.
Given the disappointment, it would have been nice for the owner to have reached out to ensure this second order was as expected. I fully understand how busy this business must be, but for the cost of a premium service, I’d expect premium customer service too.

Although my issue was rectified, I still feel further updates are needed on the website for the original bunch I ordered, as more people could end up as disappointed as I was.

Overall I am giving this 4 stars purely for the quality of the second order. I’d recommend all brides go no smaller than a standard size.

I would definitely recommend dried flowers UK to people. But definitely consider your choices before ordering.

I put in an order for a bespoke bridal bouquet, garland and buttonhole. The flowers arrived exactly when I requested (4-weeks before). Although I had requested a specific ribbon color it was missed amongst a series of emails. It didn't impact the overall look of the flowers and ribbons could be easily replaced. The business did reach out to rectify this, which I really appreciated it.

Overall, the quality of the flowers and customer service were great and would recommend Dried Flowers UK to friends.

Loved loved loved my flower crown, boutonniere and boquette so much. Kylee was brilliant and great with communication. I sent flowers that I liked and they based mine on them and sent me pictures to confirm i was happy. The flowers were packaged great and arrived just perfectly. I highly recommend them. For saying we were in wedding season they were able to accommodate me and make my beautiful flowers for me. Loved them. Thank you for helping me look pretty 😍 💗 💐

Ordered three bunches of dried flowers.

Positives
- Eucalyptus smells great
- Burnt orange setaria is of good quality
- Responded quickly to a query about delivery timescales
- Good packaging

Negatives
- eucalyptus arrived crushed looking and have had to remove some stalks before putting in vase for aesthetic purposes
- burnt orange setaria brown rather than orange
- heather dropped loads of stalks as soon as unwrapped, colourless and stems are brown and still crumbling off
- overall, colours don't match those on the website photos, so either I've been unlucky or the photos are overly filtered
- contacted the company less than an hour after delivery to raise concerns about quality. This was four working days ago and they haven't responded

Update: after writing this review the company reached out and sent a replacement for two of the bunches of flowers, which arrived in mid September. The quality of these was excellent and looked exactly like those advertised online, hence changing review to 5 stars. Communication was a bit slow but I appreciate they are a small company.

The flowers that Dried created for my wedding were absolutely beautiful. They made bouquets for me, my bridesmaids and button holes for my groom and groomsmen. Kylee the florist is so lovely and incredibly talented! Honestly couldn’t stop staring at them as soon as they arrived.

I bought the Elodie wedding flowers (buttonholes for me bouquets for bridal party) and we couldn’t be happier! Superb quality, quick answering questions we had and delivered on chosen date. Still looking great months later too. Recommend DRIED

First order was lost with 4 days to the big day Another was despatched. It arrived OK and in time. Pink peonies were really nice and some thistles. Only slight difference was the ribbon which was cream not Ivory as requested. I was a bit disappointed but India sorted everything out and it was fine on the day. Plus I swopped the ribbon for a lighter colour which was easy enough. Button hole matched very nicely.

The best dried flowers I've ever bought ! They arrived on time and exceeded our expectations !

I ordered my bouquet, hair comb and partners buttonhole for our Gretna wedding. I thought dried flowers would be better as travelling up there etc would have been difficult. Delivery was timely but not hugely impressed with the bouquet. Lots of extra gypsophila and really small thistles, very long stems, the smell from them is really strong. These aren’t for me I’m afraid and as they don’t refund it’s my loss, everyone is different I suppose but I was very underwhelmed with these flowers.

A really good choice of bouquets for all occasions. I bought thank you flowers and when my daughter received them she was over the moon and thought they were really lovely. Stop and think before buying fresh flowers, dried are longer lasting and still produce a magical smile on the recipients face. Great company.
