I was beyond pleased with the service provided by Dr Walker during my autism assessment. She was very gentle throughout the whole assessment and always checked in on how I was going and if I needed breaks. Her assessment felt very thorough and I felt very heard and understood by her. I'm very grateful for my experience with her.

My experience with Dr Iona was great. I was seeking adult autism and ADHD diagnosis. The pre work was upfront and comprehensive giving the patient time to work through it. She took great care and patience and really listened all throughout the consult. She was attentive and asked good questions to best understand and diagnose me. I can tell she genuinely cared about me as the patient. My report after the consult was super detailed and also contained recommendations about where I can go next in terms of research or possible future psychological treatments. Was a great experience and recommend to others who are seeking out similar services.

Dr Iona is genuine, caring and empathic. She made my brother's assessments as stress free as possible. She was also extremely knowledgeable. We would give her a zillion stars if we could.

I saw Dr Iona Walker for an autism assessment and she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, supportive, kind, and all round wonderful to work with. I was very nervous about getting the ASD assessment done but felt very supported by Iona through the process. I have seen a multitude of professionals over the course of my mental health journey, and Dr Iona is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, considerate, and wonderful to work with of them all. Truly an incredible resource for those needing support for their mental health/neurodivergence. I highly recommend working with her.

Iona supervised me when I completed my NET training this year. What can I say? She was an absolutely wonderful supervisor and I feel so privileged to have had Iona as my supervisor.
She was so kind, compassionate and understanding, with a real genuineness and warmth that is hard to come by. I valued her calm approach, knowledge, the care she has for those she works with, the safe environment she created and how she always made the time to help, answer questions and send resources outside of supervision.
I am glad our paths crossed, and maybe they will again one day.
A truly wonderful clinician, supervisor and person.

Dr Walker was the nicest psychologist I think I’ve ever spoken to. I saw her for an autism assessment and she was so kind, gentle and supportive in this process. Not to mention, very very thorough. She was also very easy to talk to - I didn’t feel awkward at all and she was very reassuring and not to mention helpful in the process before, during and after my session. I could not recommend her enough - do not let telehealth scare you off such a wonderful experience. Being diagnosed is scary and I am really glad I saw her. A great process that doesn’t cost as much as other clinics too - which is a bonus. Thank you so much Dr walker!

Iona is honest, transparent, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. She has a genuine heart of care, not just a clinical approach. When you pair these two qualities, it makes an excellent psychologist. I was really impressed with her.

Iona is fantastic. She made my assessment painless and smooth. I have decided to keep seeing her because she is so easy to talk to, and obviously has extensive knowledge and experience. I feel really confident in her care.

My experience with Iona was so ideal, it's very hard to give feedback in a situation where everything was more calm, understanding, and safe-feeling than I could have hoped. I was really nervous for my Autism assessment and find it really hard to answer the types of questions that need to be asked, but Iona has a real way with people and was able to make it all work well

Iona was absolutely amazing to speak with. She is an incredible psychologist. She was kind, caring, understanding and provided such a positive reinforcement environment. I have had the pleasure of reporting to Dr Iona Walker for over a year. In terms of supervision of client cases, every time I presented clients to Iona, she always reviewed each client on a case-by-case basis, making sure each individual was having their needs met by the service. I have learned a wealth of knowledge from our individual and group supervisions over the past year.
As a clinical lead of our team, we could not have asked for better. Having someone who is so clinically well informed yet approachable and empathetic, has been so powerful to my confidence in my own abilities.
