Poor customer service
Poor customer service - contacted them about a vehicle. Spoke to the salesman for over 20 minutes. He advised he would call me back and never did.

Exelent service from start to finish
Exelent service from start to finish. We wanted to look at the car the previous weekend to us buying it and after putting a secure deposit down to take the car off sale for 48 hours we was unable to go and the deposit was not taken no questions asked.
We went up the following weekend and spoke with the dealer Tom who was exceptional from start to finish with how he deleted with us. Talked us through our options and gave us a good price on part ex for our old car. There was a couple of little snagging issues I wasn't happy with and within 3 days these were sorted. I now have collected the car and am well happy with it and the whole experience. Highly recommended

Amazing experience and ultra friendly.
Helpful all the way through the purchase. Even so on holiday overseas at the time of enquiry, kept in touch and answered all enquiries promptly. Sent videos of the vehicle until the vehicle could be physically viewed. Top customer focus and highly recommended....Even ended up purchasing a second vehicle which went just as smooth👍🏻

Tom was great from start to finnish found a kia sportage gt was left to look around it and start it up without any salesman pressure it was a relaxed atmosphere I would definitely recommend this place to buy a car I went all the way from Nottingham to this place to buy mine couldn't be more satisfying 😀 😄 😊

Really impressed. Have a brilliant new car, they gave a great part exchange. New car is in excellent condition, handover was smooth and they did some extra work to move some
Stuff over from my old car to the new one and they helped me with this free of charge.

Can’t recommend the guys at Driven…
Can’t recommend the guys at Driven enough, quality service and they take the stress out of buying a used car. Matt went above and beyond for me, as I was traveling from far away he even sent me detailed videos of the car and its paperwork so there were no surprises when I got there. Will definitely be using them in future.

I've been to too many car dealers where…
I've been to too many car dealers where the sales team are all over you pressing you to make a purchase. I had none of that here. I went in and met with Tom who showed me to the car I was interested in and left me to it. A great test drive and then a really easy chat about a deal and we were all set to go.
When I picked the car up I was told there was an issue with one of the components and that they had already ordered the part. Just waiting on delivery to get it fitted.
Overall I'm really happy with my purchase and really happy with the service I got. I will certainly be going back in the future.
