Great experience
Great experience. Found there to be no pressure put on me by sales staff which is not something I’ve been able to say at other recent dealerships visited and is something I really value. However staff were very patient and helpful and I purchased an excellent vehicle. Would use again and recommend to friends/family.

Patrick was lovely
Patrick was lovely, informative and went above and beyond to help us get the car we wanted. Car was a good price and we got a fair exchange on our own vehicle. Would definitely use driven again.

We received great service from Patrick
We received great service from Patrick. He was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer any questions we had. The Handover was quick and efficient. We would definitely use the garage again.

From the minute I walked through the door to look at a vehicle I was met with very friendly staff. Patrick was my salesman he explained everything thoroughly from start to finish dealt with all finance work great experience. Would definitely recommend

Excellent experience, 5 Star
My experience in purchasing a Jaguar E-Pace was extremely simple, efficient and hassle free. My contact "Matt" was central to this as he was always on hand to assist should I need. Any requirements placed upon Matt were dealt with swiftly making the whole process extremely pleasant. Upon arrival to collect my car Matt had arranged such to be ready and was in immaculate condition as expected. Aside from the professionalism, Matt also appeared to be a kind, friendly approachable person. At the end of the sales process the showroom manager came in to introduce himself and thanked me for the business...again, a nice touch. I fully recommend Driven of York and I will be checking their stock once it is time to purchase my next car.

Bought a Land Rover Velar, went from Inverness, Scotland all the way down to York. Dealt with Harry, very professional and helpful. Hassle free and smooth handover. Stress free experience overall. I would definitely recommend.
