I was very impressed with the State…
I was very impressed with the State Farm Towing Assistance app. It was easy to use, not clunky in the slightest, and extremely helpful. Having direct access to the app on their website streamlined the whole process, which I greatly appreciated. A very helpful and seamless experience.

Service came quickly
Service came quickly, the gentleman greeted me with a smile and was efficient getting the job done. He even went beyond by adding air to my spare tire so I am grateful

I had to google “roadside assistance in zip code” not sure what I would get, pleasantly surprised by response by everyone. Starting with initial contact person all the way through to person who showed up and solved my issue. I was very apprehensive at first, but I was very satisfied with service from all members of organization. Great job!! Thanks!! Price was reasonable, as well!

I was stranded and the driver took care of me all totaled up to about 30 minutes. I am very pleased.

Tuve que esperar casi 1:30 para q me…
Tuve que esperar casi 1:30 para q me encendieran la batería. cuando me costo $200 y la app nunca me dijo que seria el precio por un jump. pensé que el precio incluía una batería nueva. ademas se suponía que estuviera en mi location en 20 min. lo mas gracioso es que estaba a 6 block de mi casa, de saber eso nunca pediría el servicio. en conclusión creo que deben mejorar la app para que eso no siga pasando. al final la persona hizo su trabajo y mi carro encendió, pero creo que $200 por in jump esta exagerado cuando la app no cumple el tiempo que dice ni especifica el servicio

Why pay a middleman?
We spent 2.5 hours waiting for a tow truck. The communication from Drive Roadside was not only inaccurate, it was misleading. They charge in advance for the service and do not offer even partial refunds when the service is extremely slow.
We recommend simply contacting tow companies on your own and NOT using a middleman service such as this.

Great Provider Service but app could offer a better user experience
The provider arrived quickly and changed the tire. However his truck was hit by a passing vehicle. A very scary experience. Glad he was all right.
When calling into the support line prior to a provider being assigned the off shore support was not able to communicate the process or expectations very well which did lead to concern about whether our service was being scheduled or not.

They stole my money for work not done by this company was double charged two different companies but curbside did the actual work will never call these people again will not give refund called bbb on them DONT USE THESE PEOPLE i have pictures they said were my tires and they are not my tires FRAUD PLAIN AND SIMPLE

Denied refund
We called regarding flat tire at 12:30 AM in the rain. Service provider was on another call and could not give ETA. Passersby assist and got the tire changed before the service provider could arrive. Called the service provider to cancel, they marked Service complete. Requested refund, however was denied because service provider indicated services given when in fact they were not.
I was charged the full amount.
