Money grab, just get AAA
I accidentally scheduled this when I meant to schedule with AAA. Placed a request for battery assistance, they brought a little handheld jumper, that didn't restart the engine, then told me he could tow me, but that I would have to put in a new claim and he would have to do his other calls. And then he jumped in his truck and left before I could even ask questions. So I'm getting charged $199 for him to do have done essentially nothing. At that point, I realized that I hadn't requested a AAA assistance, so I did that and when they came, they used real jumper cables and the car immediately started. Unfortunately, was stranded for 3 hours at night, in the dark... because I reached out here by accident.

Had a tire blow out at 8pm on the interstate and within 1 hour they arrived and had my tire changed and I was back on the road. The man that came was very professional.

I had up to 2 gallons of gas delivered…
I had up to 2 gallons of gas delivered and was charged $199.00
I called them not to get a full refund for the gas, because I received approximately 2 gallons, but a partial refund. No luck, they gave me the runaround saying they couldnt find me in the system.. $199 for this service? If id known this price up front why would anyone pay that much??

Quick response. The mechanic, Terry Luebbers from K & T was knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Was willing to get a battery and come back to install it so I didn't have to be jumped and drive somewhere hoping my car wouldn't stall.

The mechanic that came out was great, immediately knew what was wrong, worked quick and got a new battery in my car so I wasn’t stranded.

Very fast, quality work!
Our technician was amazing! He was fast, great with communication, and the tire change was done perfectly. This was the easiest emergency tire change of our lives and I am so grateful!

Excellent service
I unfortunately needed a wrecker Sunday morning. This service was exceptional! The driver called me to verify my location and ensure that I was in a safe place. He was very nice, professional and efficient. Hopefully I won’t need a wrecker service again anytime soon. However if I do they will be the one I call!
