DriveSmart was great. Went over different options I had and how I wanted to pay for it. I’ve been contact by my other companies misleading me saying DriveSmart was a scam and didn’t pay claims but that’s a lie. They paid for my AC to get fixed recently. I always chose the payment terms with Line 5. It’s actually a loan but I’m happy with it because it allowed me the stretch my payments further and also help build my credit. Over happy with my experience. Please DO NOT fall for other companies bashing DriveSmart and Line 5.

AVOID DriveSmart Warranty's CANCELLATION REFUND NIGHTMARE

I'm writing to warn others about the horrific experience I've had with DriveSmart Warranty's cancellation and refund process. After only 5 months, I cancelled my policy. Yet, getting the balance refunded to Line5 has been an uphill battle.

I've had to call them multiple times, and the last 5 calls have been a carbon copy: "Your case will be escalated to a manager and handled promptly." Yet, NOTHING CHANGES. It's clear they have NO INTEREST in resolving this in a timely manner.

As a consumer, it's INFURIATING to be strung along with empty promises. DriveSmart Warranty's LACK OF TRANSPARENCY and CUSTOMER CARE is DEEPLY TROUBLING. I URGE OTHERS to carefully consider these issues before choosing them for your car warranty needs.

Their business practices demonstrate a CLEAR DISREGARD for their customers' time and money. It's only a matter of time before someone reaches their BREAKING POINT with this company.
