My experience with Dr.Ivy from start to finish was excellent. She makes you feel so comfortable, and explains everything so you understand what's she's doing. The treatment makes you feel so confident in yourself, as you look so good. The results far exceeded my expectations . I could not recommend her more highly.
She is genuinely a lovely person only wanting what best for you.

Quite simply, Ivy is the best in the business. She is exceptionally experienced, highly professional, and someone I trust completely. Every visit feels personal, welcoming, and genuinely cared for. Unclear pricing, unsatisfactory outcome
This was my first experience of Botox and I was nervous. Dr Ivy was warm and put me at ease.
But, 1 side of my forehead has no lines and 1 side of my forehead has lines. One eyebrows is higher than the other.
For the purpose for which I visited I have been told by 2 separate clinics that they would not give Botox or filler.
I was charged c£1,850 with no breakdown and I had to pay by bank transfer as the card machine d was ‘broken’. AVOID.

In terms of results, Botox outcomes can vary, and we usually recommend a review 10–15 days after the first treatment for any assessment or adjustment where needed. We would encourage you to return to the clinic so any concerns can be properly reviewed.
