Great emergency short term option, we move home and couldn't get an engineer out to the new house for 2 weeks. Router arrived quickly, easy to set up and the speed was great, no issues working from home and having multiple devices connected.

Very easy to obtain and set up. Good wifi speed and no issues with connection.
Easy cost free to the customer to return and very prompt issue of deposit refund.
Couldn't fault this in any way. Really easy good experience would use again if needed.

Turned up on time. Really helped for the 10 days we had it. Handled a lot of traffic. Would definitely use again.

The WiFi was very good, not patchy or buffering.
Delivery was late but I think that was more to do with Royal Mail.
For a quick fix whilst we moved it was very good and would use again.

Quick service, professional and amazing wifi

Brilliant service the WiFi worked perfectly. Brilliant communication when I emailed asking questions staff very friendly they answer quickly. I’d definitely recommend them if you need temporary WiFi. So easy to send back just drop off at a Royal Mail postbox or Locker.

A quick and easy way to get wifi, it was easy to order, it arrived on time, and the return was very easy, will definitely use this company again 😀

We moved into a new property and our internet was not due to be installed for a week later. I work from home and watch a lot of tv so this hit me hard!

I came across Wifi Hire and it arrived the next day after ordering on a Friday! Which is amazing service.

It was really easy to set up and it managed to use a few devices, alongside working and the tv.

Was all sent and returned via return mail so very easy.

I'd highly recommend.

The second time I hired a portable wifi from WiFi Hire. We were on Holiday in Fuerteventura and we carried around the unit and used it in the villa, pretty much 24/7.
It was great. No problems with the hire. I will use Wifi Hire again.

I was charged £80+ for two days of not great connection.

They wouldn't give my deposit back. I couldn't get to a post office immediately after using, so they got the router back a few days late, but no excuse to take the whole deposit.

I had to put the router outside to get a half decent connection, even then it was patchy and my work video calls were interrupted. This was in South West London, SW18.

Really quick and efficient service, and the wifi was stronger than the one I ended up getting installed. Good value for money, would definitely recommend

Where do I start? Item arrived 2 days late, to my card billing address NOT the stated delivery address. As this was the house I had moved out of, it took 10 days to retrieve the item. I didn't receive the order acknowledgement email(only the dispatched email) so wasn't able to contact them and they didn't reply to my online message through the website. By the time I had it in my hands, it was time to send back and my home wifi had been connected. So it was a complete waste of money for me!!

Brilliant service. Easy hassle free.

The WiFi arrived exactly on time. The signal was very good. We were able to game and stream TV no problem. Returning it was simple too as they provided the return label for us so we just taped it back up in the box it came in and stuck the label on and posted it in a post box! I got my deposit refunded very quickly too. Would definitely use again.

Does what it says on the tin. Hired for 7 days whilst moving home, delivered when they said and worked well as a temporary solution. Well worth the money.

Excellent, arrived very quickly. Worked perfectly as expect and the returns process was easy. Refund on deposit also came through very quickly. Will definitely be using again in the future.

Late delivery and unusable wifi connection. Complete waste of £52 and they wouldn't accept my original screen shots as evidence.

Ended up with a better connection using phone as a hotspot

The device arrived the next day, and it was up and working within 1 minute of plugging in.
Obviously it's not the fastest of internet connections, but it works, it's reliable and it met my requirements whilst the fibre connection was sorted.

As we were waiting for the installation of broadband by a new supplier this was really helpful. It was a tad expensive but really helpful to have this temporary wifi as a stop gap. Would recommend.
