I’ve been with Livingood Daily since July 6, 2025. I LOVE IT!!! It’s about learning to eat and live in a healthy manor. The supplements are amazing! My friends say I’m looking YOUNGER!! I’ll take it!! It’s not about dieting at all. I feel better now than I have in decades!! It’s my lifestyle now. I’m enjoying a vacation at the beach with my family this week. No guilt! I’ll be back to ‘normal’ next week when I get home.

I’m in my 11th month of the lifestyle. This has been so amazing!! It’s unbelievable everything the DLG and his team do for us. We have ALL the tools we need…just check out the plethora of info, support provided, and the app to use at the groceries! The path couldn’t be clearer! There are no excuses anyone could make to not adhere to the lifestyle! I have lost 22#, gotten rid of inflammation (which was by far the most beneficial for me), improved my heart rate, blood pressure, joints, flexibility, stamina, and on and on! In April my doctor reviewed my labs and said my kidneys and liver look beautiful, my labs are perfect (except for my blood sugar/A1c, and cholesterol levels being slightly elevated which he felt I could continue on the lifestyle and these will correct themselves). He told me that my HDL good cholesterol (which used to be 30-50 was now 70) and he said in all his years of practice he has never seen anyone bring their HDL up like that, especially not to 70! He was astounded. He also cut my BP med in half and discontinued the diuretic! He then said what you never hear from the avg doctor, “We need to go to lunch sometime and you can tell me what you’ve been doing”. My hurdle has been exercise. I’m still trying to do it on almost a daily and it’s just hard for me to stick to it. It’s nice that the FB community and coaches are so supportive. It helps.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: thank you, thank you, thank you for helping me change my life for the better at age 67. I’m better now at age 68 than I was at 50!!!!!! The quality of information and support you give is unprecedented and unmatched ANYWHERE!!!!!

I have been buying products from Livingood for at least 2 years maybe more and they make Top Notch quality supplements and they are definitely third-party tested which gets my attention. The customer service has always been very helpful every time I've had to use them. They bend over backwards to get your order right and to help you out. I highly recommend this company.

It was nice to talk w a person and not a robot. The person I spoke with was very pleasant, considerate of my time and was genuinely nice. We completed my endeavor in a few minutes. Thank you for having reliable people and I love your vitamins. I have taken blood pressure support for a few years now and am weaning off blood pressure meds. I started the omegas about 6 months ago and am seeing reduction in my cholesterol numbers. Started taking vitamin D about a year ago and bone density numbers improved. Thank you Dr. Livingood for your sourcing that goes into the vitamins.

I received a free book, Living Good Daily. It had really good tips and delicious recipes. I like watching Dr. Livingood's videos on YouTube. I like learning the science behind the information he talks about.

The guides and the support of the coaches. The daily messages from Dr. Livingood are inspiring and really helpful. I just finished my first challenge and have signed up for the next challenge. If you would like to make a positive difference in your lifestyle this is the place.

Dr Blake Livingood's teachings & trainings have taught me how to obtain True Health! 400# to 120#, off of 40 medications by learning what is toxic in food & other common household goods & how to regain & build Health with Nutrition the way God intended. I also utilize the supplements as food today can be truly lacking in necessary vitamins/minerals. He is constantly researching & teaching, Free BTW, His team is an Amazing group of kind, helpful & knowledgeable people! I am forever Grateful to God for inspiring Dr Livingood, for Dr DLG to take up this call! The best part is that you get to pick and choose what level of help you want, when you want it, and what you would like to try. The coaches are all very motivational and easy to work with. The cookbooks are fabulous!

The Living Good Daily book really helped me to see that I had been doing all of the right things, but in the wrong order. It even pushed me to stop drinking!

After three months of consistently taking Livingood Daily Omegas + Turmeric (2 softgels daily), I can confidently say these have made a noticeable difference in my inflammation and overall joint comfort. After decades of physically demanding work and wear and tear on my body, I had simply accepted stiffness and aching as part of everyday life.

What I’ve noticed most is less inflammation, improved mobility, and reduced joint discomfort — especially in the mornings and after long active days. I still maintain a very active lifestyle, and these have helped me feel more comfortable and capable doing the things I enjoy.

I also appreciate the quality ingredients and combination of Omegas 3, 6, 7, 9 plus turmeric all in one supplement. They’ve been easy on my stomach with no unpleasant aftertaste, which has been important to me.

For me, consistency was key. Around the second to third month is when I truly began noticing substantial improvement. I’m grateful to have found something that supports my body naturally after years of hard physical labor.

I’m learning about what proteins to eat with the right carbs. So far I’m only going up and down but I’m trusting God that I will eventually keep going down. I have always had problems loosing weight and then running back and forth.

I am currently using Dr Livingood’s products as follows: magnesium basics, collagen +multivitamin(grass fed- unflavored), and greens and superfoods unflavored. I trust the purity and like that he and his family use these products. They are a top of the line and transparent company. Truly they believe in their products and offer much free helpful information. Anyone can discuss with their MD and see what products might help improve their health. The numbers don’t lie when checking future blood tests if one is consistent. Good health takes time and positive changes.

I ordered the book, paid the $10.00, and didn't receive it. When I called about it they said it was a problem with shipping and/or delivery. Because it was not a problem that they could control directly, then there was nothing they could do. The problem is, it was not something I could control either. I just paid and am out my money, of which I have very little of being disabled and on a fixed income. I didn't even ask for a refund, I just asked for them to send me another book. It has really disappointed me as I really would like to read the book and see if there were things that may help me. I have many medical issues and would like to see if there are some more natural ways to control them. It's really a shame. I may have ordered other items, but I will not now. I'm afraid the same thing may happen and I won't get the product after I pay. So, we both lose I guess. I just thought, from watching him, that he was someone who may really want to help with my many medical conditions. It could've led to some very positive things for both of us. Me in my health, him in the testimonies of things that worked, etc. With the amount of money he's making, it would've been so easy to correct the situation by simply sending another book. I'm just so very disappointed.

6/8/2026 UPDATE: I broke down and paid for the book again. It was cheaper this time, $7.95. Unfortunately, I could not order any of the other things offered as I was not sure if I would actually get the book. I provided the info they requested. If they get a hold of me I'll update again. I DID just receive the book, but it was not free, it cost me $17.95. I'm very much looking forward to reading it.

I have been taking Dr. Livingood's collagen with a multi-vitamin, Omega & turmeric. Along with the Monjario for a bout a year. I feel great!

In a world chasing money, it’s so good to have someone that actually cares more about health than greed! I love that I can trust their products are 100% clean and am grateful for the free wealth of information they provide! It’s noisy out there. They are worth tuning into!

I started watching nutrition videos by Dr Livingood because I was looking for info about taking psyllium husk for my cholesterol. I also planned to lose 20 lbs this summer. The more I listened to his videos the more I wanted to follow his plan and I ordered one of his books which was free ( just pay shipping). Some of his suggestions do not taste good, but many of his suggestions are foods I love anyway. I have learned what foods assist fat burning and which foods to avoid. The best part, I am losing weight without killing myself with exercise. Let me explain that I am far from a couch potato but I get most of my exercise rowing at home and working in my yard taking care of my flower gardens and mowing grass.
I just ordered a second book and half of it is recipes and most of them sound great.
Thank you Dr. Livingood for a profound education in nutrition and a better way to lose the weight.
