I don't even know where to begin with this scam company ..
Products took 4 weeks to arrive.. way longer than expected!
Emailed CS when it was in transit that I did not want the supps anymore seen that the products are not legit , not of superior standards etc
Got a couple of responses that were erratic and said not to accept the package when it arrived and return to sender. However I was not home and the package was left outside.. having reached out again, I was informed that I should send it back With the carrier that delivered it.. no signs on the package who delivered it though and despite having emailed a dozen times, there is absolutely no contact from them since. This is over a week now.. and it has cost me enough as ordered 6 bottles!

Do not deal with this company at all!

I purchased one order which took literally forever to get to me, then when I finally received the order, I was prompted that another order was on the way that supposedly I ordered. My CC had already been charged. I emailed immediately and finally I got an email that my order and account had been cancelled, but no refund. THEN I saw ANOTHER coming my way with another CC charge. Now, I'm pissed. I've contacted via email steady that they need to refund my card and the last email said as soon as I return the item they will refund. Bull-s-h-i-t!! DoO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. UNETHICAL CROOKS! Incompetent in every way replying with the same AI slop bogus replies as others have gotten. I'm considering my options.

Super easy to order. Sent a message and recieved a reply almost immediately.

BEWARE: SCAM
I've emailed them 4 times asking to cancel my order - never received a reply. In the last email I said I would wait 48 hours before contacting my credit card company... nothing.

I tried calling the Florida phone number listed on their website- it doesn't work - doesn't even ring. On their contact page, as another person mentioned, another company is listed but that one appears to be fake as well.

Please read the rest of the reviews here - the "good" reviews make no sense - most likely written by the creeps running this scam.

I'm sure, if these fraudsters reply, it'll be the same canned response saying "we take this seriously... blah blah blah." No they don't. They're liars, cheats, scammers who belong in jail. I've reported this to my credit card company and will continue reporting them everywhere I can.

Oh, and they've already blocked me on Facebook for trying to alert others. Horrible people.

Ordered the product. Took forever to receive, so I suppose it came from China. This morning a week after receiving I got a credit card purchase notification for MORE product. I immediately tried to stop. Company responded and said it was “easy to miss the subscription button” and I should try the product first a while. I said no. Then she comes back and says too bad it has shipped. But less than 5 minutes before said it hadn’t. BUYER BEWARE.

Total scam company. The phone number they provide says Mailbox Full and if you Google the number it’s not even theirs. I tried emailing them to cancel my order 2 times, it had not shipped yet. I received no reply . I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company. Two days later it showed up on my doorstep. Tried contacting them again because I don’t want anything from this bogus company. Never received a response.

‼️WARNING ‼️ Do not buy and definitely don’t give payment details. This has been cancelled/rejected by the FDA in Australia and warns against consumption. There is no third party testing or proof of any testing at all for that matter. You’re probably eating flour. They have multiple social media platforms with scammers claiming to be doctors (impersonating a healthcare professional is a jail-able offence) As well as thousands of fake profiles commenting to boost engagement and gain trust. I have reported all this to the relevant authorities. Please be careful and spread the message to warn any other innocent people that are about to be sucked in and have their credit cards and bank accounts charged. If this has happened to you please report it to the police!

Mistake and went to
Cancel order . Customer service stated that the order had already been fulfilled by the warehouse which is a lie. Refused to cancel order and refund money. Do not order from them!

Beware of this company. Customer service has been extremely disappointing. My first order took nearly 20 days to arrive, so I contacted them and was assured that my subscription had been canceled. Despite this, another order was shipped just 10 days later. I have email records confirming my cancellation request.
After multiple exchanges, they finally agreed to issue a refund, but only if I paid for the return shipping and provided a tracked shipping label at my own expense. When I explained that I should not have to pay to return an order that was shipped after my subscription was canceled, they stopped responding altogether.
Based on my experience, communication, customer service, and handling of subscription cancellations have been very poor. I would recommend proceeding with caution before ordering from this website.

I was trying to find some more reviews about Happy Liver.

Ordered happy liver and after reading the horrible reviews and finding out it can actually hurt your liver I contacted Ritual labs immediately and asked them to cancel my order. I got a response right away saying as long as they could catch it before processing they would cancel. 3 days went by and I heard nothing. On the end of day 3 I get an email saying my order was processed. They had 3 days to cancel and refused to. I messaged them and they said they would escalate my case. Then it arrived. I messaged them and they said I could return it at my own expense. I already paid $8.95 to have it shipped and they wanted me to pay to ship it back. I don’t trust that I would get my money back if I did return it. Buyer beware. These supplements can be dangerous to your health and liver. And this company is a total scam

I ordered 1 bottle with 1 free. I got an email for my order confirmation that said I ordered two and two free. I emailed to stop the order and asked to return the whole order, I was told someone would be in touch. When it arrived I emailed for a return authorization and was given the address to send this to. I paid to ship to the address that was sent and was told they were watching for it. I received the package back saying the receiver moved. Now no one is answering my emails about this. Don’t buy from them.

I placed an order and in the meantime showed the ingredients to my doctor who said I could not take this due to possible drug interactions. I could not reach this company by phone as the number provided is bogus. Emails go unanswered. Upon trying to return there is no way because they don't respond to emails. Had to call my bank and dispute and cancel the card entirely.

If I could give a zero I would. I canceled my order and yet they sent me the products .I immediately contact them the day I received the products via email as the phone number they gave does not work. I emailed them 6 times and called multiple times and have no response from them. I finally have to contact my credit card company and file for dispute. I don’t trust the company when a fake phone number is given and also no response from when you want to return the product for refund. Just beware of this company and don’t trust their advertisement.

I ordered Happy Liver but by the time I received it I had decided not to take it and to return under their policy. They asked for proof of the return and said I'd be refunded. I'm still waiting 2 wks later and they have not answered my emails. I checked the tracking and it said they refused delivery. WTH!! I have disputed the charge with my CC.

I ordered Happy Liver under the promotion “Buy One Get One Free”. After waiting weeks to receive the product, I received only one instead of two bottles. I regard this as faulty advertising. I haven’t used the product yet, but I’m very disappointed at what I believe to be a scam to get more orders from consumers. I have sent an email to Ritual Labs and hoping I will be made whole.

Unfortunately, when I went to purchase the happy liver product, I was also signed up for a subscription which I was unaware of. I was able to cancel the subscription, but it was too late to cancel the second order and hence I was charged for it. I could not convince to give me a refund and instead was asked to follow their return policy, which would have still cost me money since the company is out of country. I feel taken advantage of since I was automatically signed up for the subscription so beware. If you order from this company, make sure you uncheck the subscription.

I ordered the product and after 2 weeks still have not received it. I emailed and got a first response that they were checking my order. It has been a week, and I still have not received another response after I provided the information they requested. I have asked for a refund, and no response.

Am kicking myself for not reading reviews before ordering. Facebook, Insta, etc. have multiple posts with comments from a "doctor" but these comments from apparently different people are all exactly the same - turns out it's just shady marketing. As for the order, you cannot cancel. They have a Florida phone number: 1-321-490-9414 that doesn't even ring. Their address: 2333 Brickell Ave. d1 17, Miami is a condominium. Only way to contact them is email but they don't reply. If they ever do reply, I'm certain it will be with the standard Chinese scam formula saying, "your order is being prepared for shipping" and it'll be too late to cancel. Other folks have posted photos of the bottles and they're covered in typos & misspellings, do not have 3rd party verification of quality, and are likely just cornstarch since there is not way to tell what's actually in it. I've called my credit card company already and am disputing the charges.

On the refund policy page, the contact info at the bottom lists another company ("GV Digital trading as Ritual Labs"). This company also does not exist - I looked them up, tried calling their number and guess who picked up? Joe the Plumber! Unbelievable. 100% TOTAL SCAM.
