From the very first consultation I could not have been more looked after by Dr Marcellino and his team. The genuine care is amazing, not to mention how happy I am with the results! Where do I even begin? This review is long overdue.

I had surgery with Dr Marcellino for a scar revision, uplift, and implants back in November. Following a previous breast reduction with another surgeon that unfortunately left me with severe keloid scarring. This completely destroyed my confidence for years, so choosing to go through surgery again was a huge decision for me.

From my initial consultation a few months prior to surgery, right through to the operation itself and the aftercare, the entire process with Dr Marcellino and his team was nothing short of incredible. Everything was seamless, effortless, and reassuring with absolutely zero issues before or after surgery.

The results have honestly changed my life. My scarring is now minimal to almost nonexistent, and I have never felt this confident in my body throughout my twenties. Dr Marcellino’s attention to detail is second to none. The lift looks so natural that you would never even know I have implants. He truly listened to my concerns and fully understood my vision for how I wanted them to look, and he exceeded every expectation.

I cannot thank Dr Marcellino enough, along with his incredible team and nurses who work alongside him. If you are considering a cosmetic procedure anywhere in the UK, I genuinely believe this is the surgeon you should trust.

Back in november 2025 i had combined surgery with Dr Marcellino at the welbeck hospital in london and from start to finish the whole experience was amazing he explained everything so clearly and gave me a very good understanding of my procedures he was very honest and made me feel very safe in his hands as it was clear he has alot of experience and was always honest i was very nervous but after my first consultation with this doctor that all changed i am so happy i went with this surgeon i have no regrets! My results are perfect very natural just as i wanted and i have not experienced any problems. The staff at the hospital was also very professional, caring and look after me very well. The contact ive had from his assistant is superb also she replys very quick and so deos dr max weeks after my surgery i never felt forgotten about after returning home. The hospital itself was also very clean and very well kept all in all my experience has been 10/10 i am so grateful how smooth it all has been as i was such a nervous wreck about everything. Deciding to have a breast augmentation at 20 was not a decision my parents and i made lightly, but choosing Dr Marcellino as my surgeon most definitely was.

I cannot recommend Dr. Marcellino and his team enough. Earlier this year I made the decision to have a breast reduction, in my research phase I had initial consultations with a number of surgeons in London. As soon as I walked into Dr.Ms office I felt really comfortable and confident in my decision. He spoke me through everything & even called me for a remote consultation whilst I was away and still considering my options. From start to finish ( now being a few months post surgery) his team is still available for follow up questions, aftercare guidance and I am absolutely delighted with the results. My only regret, not doing it sooner! My posture is so much better since the reduction and I feel a lot more confident in myself. Thank you Dr. Marcellino!

I am now 4 months post breast augmentation done by Dr Marcellino and I honestly am so happy with my results. I am now 8 weeks post surgeon and I am so so happy with the results. I had no idea on what size, shape I wanted when i went for my consultation and Dr Marcellino advised me on what would work for my body and figure. my results look completely natural and amazing. I went to Dr Marcellino initally as was not happy with my implants, they were too circular on my chest, never looked natural and I had bad capsula contracture. I was incredibly happy with my new breasts until i had a mamogram which didn't damage the implants but it did my body and shortly after all changed, different complications on each breast so had them redone.
Please beware of having a mamogram with implants.
Both experiences have been faultless.
Dr Marcellino is a surgeon who really cares about his patients, how they feel, how they are going to look, he listens and then advises.
For me there was a lot of research involved for Dr Marcellino this time around and it was a complicated surgery, but I felt safe and secure at all times.
3 weeks after surgery I am delighted with the results and how I am healing, also with minimal pain and discomfort, I think another sign of a skilled and exceptional surgeon.
Another real plus of Dr Marcellino is that he uses a variety of implants, to suit your shape, size and body, all with different profiles. Breast size and shape is unique and personal to each person and he really takes the time to find the right implant to give the look and feel that you want.
I must also mention the aftercare which is exceptional, any concerns or post surgery questions are answered almost immediately giving complete peace of mind.
I would recommend him to anyone and am truly grateful for all he has done for me and in giving me my second pair of magnificent and very natural looking breasts.

An amazing talented surgeon.

I had been to a few consultations prior meeting Dr Marcellino and was told I would need an uplift as well as implants to achieve my goal, however when looking at the scars left behind with an uplift I was very apprehensive.
I did some research and found Dr Marcellino and thank goodness I did, I had my surgery on the 10th of December after many consultations with Dr Marcellino confirming everything I wanted and discussing the best options for me and it has been truly wonderful the whole experience.
Dr Marcellino and the whole team are highly experienced and so caring, from the minute I walked into the hospital up until I left and still now I can message and someone from the team gets back to me within a matter of minutes. As for my healing it has been a breeze! The incisions are minimal so I won’t be left with big scars like I thought I would have, and this was a big thing I was worried about. Very talented surgeon with a lot of knowledge, I would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of getting surgery to use Dr Marcellino!
