DRmare is efficient, helpful, super responsive - and oh yeah, they have built a great piece of software that I use to download paid for subscription music onto my Shokz headphones for personal use only. I looked at several alternative vendors and DRmare in my opinion was, by far, the best.

I emailed DRMARE regarding difficulties I was having transferring it to another computer. I described my OS and that i had deleted it from my computer and I still had my license #. They got back to me in less than a day to let me know everything was taken care of

The software works as it should with great results. Customer support is great as well, anytime I had an issue they were quick with a souloution.

I was not able to use the software on my Mac. I reached out to Customer Service and they responded in less than 24 hours. Due to my actual MacOs it was not comaptible, they offered me alternative solutions that did not work for me. At the end they offered me a full refund. The support team was amazing!! Wish I can use there software in the near future.

Download DRmare Apple Music Converter. Its update version can directly download my Music library from the Web Player. Nice tool!

i paid 1 year subscription for this app and after 2 hours spotify deleted my account because it's illegal downloading using DRmare and similars, because it's against Spotify's Terms. I will never have my spotify account with my previous email again.

Once again a small but inconvenient snag was solved by some of the best customer care.

Over the 5 years or so the odd niggle with software has popped up, part of being a computer user I guess.

My recent problem was understood, and dealt with via email, without any hesitation.

The remedy supplied, albeit quick was not a solution that worked for me. This was explained via email.

The appropriate solution was provided the next working day.

Just a genuine delight to have customer service that actually feels like they are on 'your side'.

It's a scam. They pretend to give you actual software, but in the meantime they hack and delete your Spotify account.

Edit: the use of their software gets your account deleted by Spotifty. Different method, same result. Still a scam.

DRmare Audible Converter braucht sehr lange für ein audiobook zum konvertieren. Ausserdem lässt das Programm den PC auf Hochtouren laufen. Audible muss direkt über DRmare aufgerufen werden,mit Passwort und Mail. Man weiss nicht was mit den eigenen Daten passiert. Keine Empfehlung!
