DRmare software works perfectly, but more importantly DRmare as a company are amazing. I have used this software for over 6 years and bought a lifetime license. 2 years ago I had to wipe my laptop memory. I contacted DRmare to get the license back and within 24 hours my software was up and running again. a few days ago the software stopped running so I contacted them and within 24 hours they told me what was wrong and supplied a new license...... they are awesome.

A new, highly intuitive interface, fast conversion, and very responsive support—well done to the teams of developers and designers! I'll be able to fill my OpenSwim Pro headphones with music 😉

Great piece of software. Super useful to download playlists of Spotify songs.
Note: Spotify will ban your account, so use burner emails.
But all in all, this product is fantastic, and customer service has been great if any issues arise.

Had a registration problem. Contacted support. It was fixed within 24 hrs and I was able to register. Thank you. All is good.

The recent upgrade from v2 to v3 make the app even more convenient and easy to use. During upgrade having registration problem and customer service solved the problem in a timely manner. Thumbs up.

I cannot speak to the Windows version of this product, but will share my experience on Mac.

The website is extremely misleading. They are advertising they are capable of doing a function that has not been capable on a Mac since 2016. They do have a tiny little note about it, but it is easy to miss.

They did issue me a refund so that is good, but if you review their refund policy (buried away a few pages away), the money back guarantee has a lot of conditions about it… I am not sure I would have gotten one had I not left a bad review on Trustpilot.

If you need a simple compression tool, this might work well for you. But the function they advertise as the driving factor to buy it doesn’t work unless your Mac is running the operating system from 2016.

Excellent email support—fast, helpful, and professional. They took the time to understand my issue and followed up until everything was resolved. Highly recommend DRmare!

It worked exactly as advertised, and I was able to convert my entire library into a format I could use on my Fiio DAP. The app was intuitive and easy to use. And the support is also very responsive and helpful: I had some older files that I thought might give me problems but they had a solution in no time at all. Great experience!

Had trouble registering a Give Away of the Day version of the Streaming Audio Recorder - kept getting invalid registration code. Since only good for 24 hours I contacted DRmare support and they responded within 24 hours -0 first suggested registration edit did not work and I contacted Support a second time. They,a gain, responded quickly and provided a new registration code and it was successful.

This is a nice tool. I wanted to switch from 1 month to perpetual, and support helped with that quickly. Later, I wanted to move it form one PC to another, and they were helpful there as well.

The tool itself works quite quickly and you can point it at a whole folder to convert file types.

It could use a dark mode.

I initially had trouble getting the software to work on my Mac, but after checking the FAQs I realized it was better suited for my PC. I reached out to customer service, and the representative got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. They quickly helped me switch my registration code over to my PC and even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was running smoothly. The product itself has worked amazingly well since then, and I’m very happy with the results. Thank you for the excellent support and a great product!
