We are sorry to hear that you felt the learning package did not meet your expectations. We always want our training to provide clear, structured and clinically useful education for practitioners who are looking to build confidence and improve patient outcomes.

Our courses are designed to go beyond general information by providing a structured learning pathway, expert-led clinical guidance, practical resources and support materials that can be applied in practice. That said, we appreciate that every learner’s expectations and preferred style of learning can be different.
